Very nice people and do a great job but be careful of pricing. $772 plus tax and CC fee to change a $60 faucet in less than an hour. I thought they were replacing the sink for that price. My misunderstanding. I called to clarify and was told that's their price to replace a faucet. However, they did try to give ma a $100 credit but I didn't take it. Its their business. They can price things however they choose. This was possibly a $250-$300 job at most. Be careful.

They were amazing! Called that morning came an hour later. Fixed the issue on the spot. Took longer to get to work and back than they were here. Will definitely be using them again!

I have filed a review of Superior Plumbing and drains, LLC of Monroe, NC and received their replies. They would have you believe their reply is the final answer. IT IS NOT. Their replies are deceitful; they either totally ignore some of the complaint, provide half truths in reply or absolute falsehoods.
If you want undisputable proof of how this company operates do a google search of ""youtube video Superior Plumbing and Drains"". This 8+ minute video, filmed by the homeowner, shows Mr Timothy Herms, owner of Superior Drains, threatening and cursing Union County Water employees, multiple supervisors and the homeowner himself. He goes on an absolute tiraid. He had charged the homeowner $6000.00 to replace a sewer line which the county would of done for free as it was their responsibility. Even his own employees allude to the fact they had called him and tried to tell him but he told them to continue the work. They also stated that he had done the same thing to other union county homeowners. Insult to injury: when Union County Water inspected what he had done they found the line was installed with reverse flow - which would allow sewage to flow back into the house. This is shown in a follow on video. And the end result - the homeowner bill was reduced to zero dollars.
I have filed action in small claims court. And if I proceed with criminal charges all of this information is admissible in criminal court.

I called Superior Plumbing again today after having a positive experience with them years ago. Not only did they get me on the schedule the same day, but they came out within a few hours. Stan arrived and assessed the situation with the water leaking in our yard. He determined it was not a plumbing issue, but an irrigation issue. He was knowledgeable and helpful and didn't even charge me for a service call. Once again, I am impressed with the customer service of this company. I will call again if we have an actual plumbing issue in the future.

We live in an older home that has had plumbing issues since we moved in 20 years ago. Numerous plumbers came to our home and did something, but it didn't solve the leakage problem under our master bath and laundry room. Superior Plumbing came and completely replumbed our home and were quick to address any issues we had. They are a great company and did a fantastic job.

A trusted friend recommended I call Superior Plumbing and Drains LLC-Monroe about a leak in my home's waterline. I spoke to Christa who was obviously quite busy, but also patient and understanding as she assured me someone would be there tomorrow. The next morning Derek came and thoroughly assessed the situation outside with the leaking waterline and inside with other problems he saw to which he also attended. Derek's kind and trustworthy manner immediately made me less anxious about the situation, as he sensibly explained everything he thought should be done and why. He is very conscientious about his work. Then he called the office for the cost of the work that would be done. The next day Derek laid the new PEX waterline, accompanied by Jim who brought the trencher to dig the ditch in my front yard, tearing through the thick remaining roots of the maple tree I recently had cut down and its stump ground. Both men are very knowledgeable and exacting. I'm happy to say that when they finished the water worked properly. The next day Zach came and filled the ditch, put down seed, and covered the area with straw. The employees at Superior Plumbing and Drains LLC-Monroe are easy to work with and the company's prices are reasonable.

A representative came out wouldn't step foot inside our home
Didn't do anything but glance at our septic tank and says yes it needs pumping.Never touched anything but he possibly didn't want to get dirt on his uniform or something????Charged is $49.50 for advice that wasn't even the main issue or problem.I honestly wouldn't call losing that much money or bad advice *Superior* but hey I guess at the end of the day gas would actually be that expensive soo there it is!We won't use them again but they could be a more Superior pluming and drain specialist to another customer but not us 5***** stars down on this company and their bad advice.To expensive
