We cherish our clients and consistently strive to meet their needs. My name is Austin Herms, and I’ve been involved in plumbing since I was a teenager, guided by my father. After my time in the Marine Corps Reserve and earning my B.S. in Biology from East Carolina University, my father, brother, and I founded Superior Plumbing and Drains in Gastonia to deliver quality service at a fair price. The attention to detail I acquired in the Marine Corps and laboratory settings has greatly influenced our careful plumbing installations and diagnostics. Robin R.I had a water leak that I couldn't find. Called the office and they were able to get Holden out to my home 2 hours. He called ahead to let me know he was headed my way earlier than planned. He asked me what research I'd already done to find the leak. Listened and then started where I left off. Went under the house and found the leak at my refrigerator water line within 5 minutes. Gave me a cheap option to fix it like a bandaid and a more expensive option to fix it like it should have been installed correctly in the first place. I opted for the full correct installation so I wouldn't need to keep repairing something that had the wrong parts to begin with.
He obtained the parts and had the full repair complete in 2 hours. He was very polite and clean. So glad I chose Superior Plumbing.
