Fast, professional, efficient & punctual! Second time ive use them! Ask for Charlie!! I needed a whole new unit inside my toilet tank. Not the old style ball & chain. They knew what to order as i had same problem last time & they didn't have to waste time coming out & assessing they just ordered the part so they could fix it right a way. I called on a Monday late afternoon, they ordered part & came first thing wed. Morning. I love when i find good companies in Florida as they are far & few between!

Don't use Superior Plumbing whatever you do! They sent out an inexperienced plumber to fix my shower leak. The guy attempts to fix it thinking it is the shower valve, he made the leak worse, then he says he will be back, he had to talk to a supervisor as he can't figure out the problem, then leaves me with a worse leak for 3 day's. I called all weekend, no call backs. The worst plumbing company ever.

Superior Plumbing and Air- Thank you Vito!. Came out on a Sunday within an hour of my call and fixed the outside hose faucet/spigot within about 15 mins. Very professional. Awesome service. If you need plumbing or A/C services in Palm Beach or Broward, I highly recommend them.

To all considering Superior, I had them out to check out my tankless water heater in Heron Bay Parkland Fl. There was shaky function and noises eminating from the heater. The recommendation from superior was that the water heater needed to be replaced even though it was only about 2 years old. He stated replacing my brand (Noritz) would be over $3000 and they had a replacement brand that they would discount from $2500 down to $2100 (also for additional shower work he was throwing in) if I replaced it today with their """"recommended"""" different brand. I called the manufacturer and they stated that it might just need to be cleaned, and if not, parts were warranted. Another plumber came out and cleaned it for $250 and it is fine now. Superior not only tried to mislead me about the need to replace the heater never contacting the manufacturer, but also gave me a totally false replacement value for my Noritz tankless water heater to falsify the reference to make their replacement value look good. I looked and my model would cost $1200 if it need to be replaced. I wish I recorded all the conversations to send to the BBB. In my one experience, the rep was a superior fraud.

Complete rip-off. They charge but the task and not by the hour. We hit a pipe rehanging a cabinet. We knew exactly where the leak was. We were going to open the wall up for the plumber but he said he would prefer to do it. Thats because he charged 200 bucks just to cut a small hole with a dry wall saw. Tack on another 365 bucks to install a sharkbite which took less than 5 minutes. Did I mention that part cost about 2-3 dollars? He had a giant van and still had to go to home depot for the part. I would never use this company again. The whole fiasco cost $660 and equated to about 15 minutes of work. I wish we had opened the wall ourselves. Anyone can install a sharkbite.

The only thing they are """"superior"""" at is failing. Hired them for a big job and things went WAY off schedule, taking a month beyond what the timeline should have been. Their employees made several mistakes (including damaging property) and when those mistakes were pointed out, the owner yelled that they did not make those mistakes. And yet a week later, those employees were fired...hmmm....right. The fact that at least 3 employees were fired who were working on our job shows that they do not properly interview when hiring. Even if another company had cost double, it would have been worth it to save us the hardship this company caused us.
