I urge to not use their service. Their service charge is only to send someone to arrive to your home and does not count any actual work on their part. We had a leak showing itself from the floor and someone came from superior plumbing, literally just walked around and didn't actually check anything. Said it was coming from our foundation and gave a recommendation for someone to cut into our floors and a water detection service, had we gone their route it would have cost us thousands. But I got a second opinion from another plumbing agency, Atlantis Plumbing, and they found the leak in the walls in about 20 min and it was fixed by the afternoon. Superior plumbing just wants your money and to not actually fix anything.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. I called Superior plumbing to replace the toilet in my master bathroom as the old toilet was 19 years old and leaking at the bottom near the tile floor and bolts rusted out due to old age. When the plumber arrived ( Beau B.) he did not put on the shoe coverings/ booties, and I had to ask him to put them over his boots. I have over $10k worth of brand new carpet and hard wood floors in my home and I did not want him tracking his boots all over my brand new flooring. He had to go back out to his truck to get the shoe coverings and he slammed my front door so hard that my entire house shook, so he was mad from the beginning. Upon looking at my toilet he advised I would need a new toilet. I asked if the work could be done the same day because when I called to make the appointment the person on the phone I spoke to (Moe) advised the plumbers arrive with toilets in the truck and are able to complete the work same day. The plumber (Beau B.) very rudely and gruffly said """"No, I ain't waiting around here for an hour while you go and buy a toilet and come back."""" I immediately told him he did not need to speak to me in that manner and that I was asking a simple question because the person on the phone advised the work could be done the same day. He then tried to back peddle and say he was not being rude because he knew I was going to complain. Also, the price he quoted me was double the price that 3 other licensed, insured, master plumbers have quoted me to install a new toilet. After he left I called Superior customer service to file a complaint and asked for a manager to call me back. After 48 hours no manager called me back. I then called back again and cancelled then install with Superior and they wanted to charge me the $62.50 dispatch fee which I refused to pay due to the poor experience I had with the plumber and the way I was treated and the fact that a manager could not call me back after 48 hours. I had to demand to speak to a manager and finally they put a manager on the phone. He never apologized or took responsibility for the behavior of his employee. He never said sorry. Finally after a very heated conversation he agreed to waive the $62.50 dispatch fee. I will NEVER use Superior again and I will tell everyone I know never to use them. They do not have superior customer service and they do not stand behind their work and promises made on their website. Their prices are sky high, double what other licensed master plumbers charge. Do your homework and get several quotes from other plumbers and find yourself another quality plumber and save yourself over 50% of what Superior is charging. They should be ashamed of the prices they are charging people, clearly taking advantage of people.

The expensive one 711.00 for a clogged toilet . The upside the worker was very professional but I feel was overcharged . If I had to do it again I would you another copy

$800 for 2 hours of work and a $30 part. Completely price gauged me. Totally took advantage of me because I am a female. I'm shocked. I am a repeat customer and never expected that.

This company is NOT open 24 hours a day despite it being advertised as such everywhere I turn. Called at 6:30 pm on a Saturday with water flowing out all over my floors and was told that they """"don't schedule any service after hours."""" There should be no """"after hours"""" if you are open 24 hours a day! Also, don't advertise that you provide emergency service when you really don't. INFERIOR PLUMBING!!!!!

I called to get someone to come out to check the water pressure in my house. I explained to the woman who picked up the phone that I keep on having leaks all the time, and trying to find the reason. She said it's going to be $62.50 for someone to come out, then she asked if I had any leaks, and I said no. All of the sudden her tone of voice changed, and told I am taking her time, and she transferred me to a manager. The manager came to the phone, and didn't even let me talk, and said """"I have been listening to the whole conversation """" The problem was that I didn't have any leak, in order for them to charge me hundreds of Dollars.

I've had Superior Plumbing out twice over the last 3 months, for different issues. John was the man that came out. John is a very nice, professional and knowledgeable plumber. His work was good. My reason for the low rating is twofold, both having to do with cost vs value. 1) They charge a dispatch fee that is not removed even if you have them do the work. 2) Their prices are way out of line. Way too expensive. They are at least double or more, than they should be. The quality is OK, but no better than any other plumber I've used over the years. Actually, they're less creative regarding potential solutions than many smaller, personal shops. I suggest using another plumber.

Very unhappy with the extraordinarily high charge to simply unclog a pipe...over $700! The job took slightly over an hour. And a $62 service fee also just to make it more unbelievable. They take advantage of people. Won't use them again. Called to express my concerns and did not get a return call. They got their money, that's all they care about. Strongly suggest you use a more reputable company for your plumbing needs.

Never, ever again!! If you want to be insulted and ripped off by these people, please call them. Just read the review by Ronnie W. from 1/18/2019. Same story. They will show up at your house, give you an absolutely ridiculous quote that anyone with any common sense would laugh at, and then demand a $62.50 trip charge. Embarrassing for a Company who advertises as operating with integrity and value employs such dishonest and lazy techs. Oh and by the way, when you call to complain, don't hold your breath waiting for a Manager to call you back. One of their competitors showed up promptly and did the work in 30 minutes for half the quoted price. Embarrassing! If there was something less than one star, they truly deserve it.

Scheduled an appointment with a plumber because my tankless water heater was not working. They explained that there was a charge of $62.50 for the service call. However when the plumber arrived he did absolutely nothing. He promptly explained that it would be an additional $376.00 for him to diagnosis what's wrong with the water heater. If this is true why wasn't it explained during my initial phone call? What am I paying the $62.50 for? I guess this is just an appearance fee. I even wrote a letter to the service manager explaining my disappointment in the lack of service that was provided, but they didn't respond. It appears the lack of customer service extends to the management as well. They advertise themselves to be """"the honest plumber"""". In my experience they are neither superior nor honest.
