The service tech showed up on time to my appointment ready to work. He was professional, very experienced, and empathetic to my needs. He replaced my two 40 gallon water heaters with one 50 in less than 3 hours. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

So many companies will gladly give you a free estimate but these guys want $37 for theirs. I guess they think their estimate is better than their competitions.

0 stars. I schedule an appointment 4 days in advance for Saturday between 10:00 and 12:00. I'm at home waiting for them but I don't answer my cell phone so they send the plumber on to another job. Beyond upset. So, if you like supporting a company where they feel their time is more valuable than yours use Superior Plumbing.

Superior ran a new gas line for my new gas stove and dryer. Bo was our technician and was incredible. He explained everything once he gave the proposal and when he returned for the install, he explained it again, was extremely thorough, and professional. I know that Superior is NOT the cheapest however, he was on time, the quality of work was excellent and his professionalism was impeccable. Hopefully I won't need a plumber any time soon however, if I do, Superior will be my plumber of choice. And Bo is a great representation of Superior.

Superior came out to fix a leaking toilet. I told my husband to ask them to fix an overflow drain in my bathtub while they were here. The plumber then proceeded to do a leak check for my bathtub in which he cut 3 holes in the ceiling of my garage and charged $187.29 to tell me that the overflow drain was not lined up and was leaking. I already knew that!!! My husband ended up fixing the toilet himself while the plumber was making the holes in my garage ceiling that I will now have to get repaired. He then said that it would cost at least $400 to fix it and if the broke the cover that they wouldn't be liable for the damage. HA! No thank you!!! Do not use. $187.29 later, I know exactly what I knew before they came out and now have to pay to have the damage to my ceiling repaired,

After sixteen years, the sewage ejection pump in our basement started to fail. My family was already impressed with Superior plumbing, as they had replaced both water heaters in our house (each of those had lasted from 10 to 13 years). We knew Superior to be quick, friendly, and professional. And their pricing is on-target for industry standards (though I wish the industry would voluntarily drop their pricing). Would you believe they actually took scheduling calls on Sunday? And that their representative showed up to the house early on the appointed day? (Yes, he called first.) He finished replacing the ejection pump (and lid) in under three hours, and cleaned up everything before leaving. All in all, a job well done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.

Their pricing structure by the task instead of an hourly rate is extremely expensive for most repairs, and you have a base service charge if you do not do the repair. In the end, the pricing ends up much more expensive for most repairs. Worse yet, I have not found the quality of their work to be top notch, and they do not stand by their repairs beyond a contractual 30 day period. I will not use Superior any more and will opt for a more traditional plumbing contractor who provides better quality repairs and stands by their work.

The shower handle in our downstairs guest bathroom was stuck and could not be pulled out to turn on. I was always able to get it to work, but my wife or a guest could not. So, when I wife tried too hard to turn it on, the plastic knob broke. Thinking that the whole faucet might just need replacing, she inquired and was quoted OMG! $700.00! Can you believe that! So she paid the $37.00 no help fee for this guy to say he couldn't do anything. So went to Home Depot and matched up the shower knob and bought a suitable replacement. I then get some WD 40, a screwdriver, and pliers. I turned the screw enough to pull it out with the pliers to turn the shower on. WD 40 was then sprayed liberally into the shower mechanism, and then replaced the knob. It now works better than it did originally at less than 10 bucks. Obviously it costs a lot to get former Atlanta Braves Manager Bobby Cox to cut radio spots. $700.00 is probably maybe half the fee for one of those 30 second spots. This was gross price gouging at its best. Be warned.

Do not go to these people. I saw their advertisement on TV and called them for a leak that I have from a drain pipe. When the guy came out from Superior Plumbing he began to give me estimates to fix the drain pipe issue and according to him I will need to replace my water heater. I told the guy that I did not have the money to replace the water heater but I would like to fix the draining issue. He charged me almost $700 to fix that and gave me an estimate to replace the water heater of $1,700.00. After the guy left I began to think that these cost seemed way high so I began to call other plumbing companies. Bynum plumbing gave me an estimate to fix the job for the drain of $394. Also, a week later I had Bynum Plumbing replace the water heater for a little over $800. Also, after the Superior guy did the repair, my husband came home and went to the basement to check on the work only to find that the plumber had cut out a piece of the wall to do his work and just left the piece lying on the floor. He didn't even have the professionalism to notify me of what he had done. Needless to say I called the company the next day and spoke to the owner about the overcharge and was told by him that he is not going to compete with Bynum Plumbing. Horrible service!

Pricey and Unresponsive, but they Advertise a lot! I suggest seeking a different plumber. I agree with the other negative reviews posted. Superior Plumbing's prices are nearly double what others quote due to their extensive advertising costs. That is what they told us when we questioned $350 charge to change a $30 filter on a 45 minute call. The visiting technician was timely, professional, and knowledgable. But, the customer service rep was dismissive when we questioned their prices. He never called back despite assuring us that he would look into a price adjustment. I will not be using Superior Plumbing again.
