I needed some service on my travel trailer while in Spokane. Sent in the electronic service request. Two days later I called and left a message. I received no reply to either of these requests. Went on to another repair company for great service. Don't count on getting any response from this company. Move on to find a reputable provider.

I previously posted a review on yelp about this company im going to retract every thing I said about them they did call me and reseculed for that Friday not only was he on time but very professional and fast at repairs made on my rv I would highly recommend superior rv to anyone needing there rv fixed thank you for for quick response to my needs will be a returning customer

Don't count on getting any response from this company. Sent in a request for mobile service and never received any reply or call. Sitting in snow with no furnace. Thanks for nothing

I scheduled a routine RV winterization but what I got was poor service and damage to my class b RV. From the start the technician (Anthony) showed up with an unmarked SUV and kept his car running while he frantically rushed to get things going. I should also mention that he was 45 minutes early for our appointment and he mentioned that he lives 1.5 hrs away. I knew he must have been in a hurry and wanted the hell out of town ASAP. This all added up to bad service that led my head spinning as the tech was rushing around trying to locate valves and holding tanks. I should also mention that I had the RV cleaned and accessible. His muddy boots left marks all over the carpet and cabinet doors. The winterizing antifreeze was left in puddles on the bathroom floor and even on the carpet. Lastly, he left screws out of the panels that he removed and even punctured the HVAC ducting in the process. All this in 15 minutes or less and a charge of over $100. I paid Anthony to get the heck away from my RV!

Responded quickly. Quality work and reasonable fee. Would use them again if needed. Kept me informed during repair and let me know what to do if folluw up needed.

I've used Superior Mobile for several years and have been extremely happy with the quality and compassion they provide. Jake was an Air Force mechanic, loved the work and decided to start his own company. His business has grown since I first met him, and he now has employees that help manage appointments and service calls. If they aren't available to answer a call they've always been really good about getting back to me as soon as they can, and Jake has always called to let me know he was on the way, even if he was arriving early so I'm not caught off guard when he shows up! They've done all kinds of work for me, from small menial things that I just didn't want to do myself, to working on my furnace and gas lines. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
** P.S. - I don't live in CA, for some reason it's pulling up an old location, I'm local to Spokane!

Jake winterized my RV last winter at a fraction of what the RV shops cost & he came to my home to do it. This spring he dewinterized it, turned on water to hot water tank and fixed my antenna all for a minimum charge. He also answered a few questions I had about my unit. He is dependable, honest and reasonably priced and I have referred him to friends.
