Do not hire this company. I hired Superior Mechanical Out of Rochester MN to install a new water heater, fix a cold water line and some other items. The bill was 3,000.00. I don't live at the home and when I went to the home I realized the new water heater and the cold water line doesn't work. I paid $2,500.00 in good faith and asked them to get the new water heater to work and fix the water line. They are unwilling to warrantee the new water heater or fix the Cold water line without the final $500 payment. They also said it will cost me additional money to come out and work on these items. I took it up with the BBB of Minnesota. I was trying to make progress In a professional like manner with the Better Business Bureau. Superior mechanical filed a lawsuit against me so the BBB closed their case due to the lawsuit. We go to court on September 3 but I still don't have a water heater that works. I need to hire a another company to install/fix new water heater. It has now been 3 months no hot water.
