Over promise and fall short from industry standards as they will over charge and/or claim uneeded equipment and or hours to take your money! They won't even have the decency to help explain to your insurance why things are needed!

DO NOT DO Business with superior integrated services or staiger plumbing guys. They are a tag team. I had a slab leak I call a plumber by the name of Dale from staiger plumbing when he came he brought this guy name Carl Terzian from superior integrated services inc to help dry the place. My husband and I ask him how much he was gonna charge us, he said no worries it's not coming out of your pocket plus we deal with your insurance anyway that's what Carl said. They had dry the roof area cause my roof also leaks. Later I got an invoice for $10,900.06 for the slab leak and invoice for the roof area for $3222.36. When I sign for him to do the job there was no pricing or anything like that, I find out later he had added the price to the paper I sign. He is not just a scammer but professional at it. Later on top of that he add $900 late fees to each invoice.

After a slab leak we called Superior Integrated Services to help start the process of addressing the issue. Superior came out right away and were able to start drying out our living room and kitchen without delay. It took a few days of drying, but Superior came out everyday to check on the drying and were very helpful as well as knowledgeable about properly getting our house dry with as little damage as possible.
Unfortunately, we had a second slab week a month later but didn't hesitate to call Superior base on the excellent service the provided the first time!

We had a pipe burst in our house and had water damage in our walls. I called Superior and Carl and Travis came over right away and not only did they explain the whole process; they fixed the problem quickly. They were both friendly, helpful and very responsive.
