Our 17 year old regular water heater died Wednesday. Literally started spewing water from the top. When hubby went to turn off the water heater water valve, the valve snapped off in his hand

Luckily we found an available plumber (through a positive reference) and 24 hours later, we had a new water heater! We went with the tankless version so we can have unlimited hot water.

My contractor used this plumber 9 years ago to put in a second bathroom for me. I noticed the floor around the shower enclosure was starting to become raised and irregular. Come to find out, this plumber never sealed the drain to the shower base. It's been leaking for 9 years! $200 to $600 to have it repaired by a competent plumber, possibly thousands to have the shower enclosure replaced if they can't get the corroded fittings apart. More to have the floor repaired. I do not recommend this plumber.

Needed a simple leak fixed. He brought an assistant but didn't tell me he was going to. Charged me $110 an hour for he and his assistant so basically $685 for 5 hours of work. Also left huge random gaps in my bathroom paneling upstairs and downstairs and a smelly mess. With materials and labor Dayspring charged $876.90 to leave both my bathrooms in a shambles.

Superior Heating installed a heat pump and high efficiency propane heating system in my home last September. Now that winter has passed we have some idea of the savings it has provided. We have lived in this home for 15 years and used around 1200 gals of propane per season. This year we used about 300 gals with electric bills only rising $5 to $7 a month. This even though the power bill shows average temp lower then last year. When the heat pump is running its so efficient that we've started calling it free heat. All this plus central air conditioning as a bonus. Great price + tax credit made it very affordable. Thanks a million to Superior Heating!!!
