The original plumber that completed our toilet installation after our floor was redone in our bathroom last spring initially did a great job. We had used him several times in the past and he did great work and we never had a problem until this toilet installation. After the install, I noticed a small leak at the base of the toilet. I contacted the plumber and he came back to look at the toilet a week later. It was a small leak so there was no hurry. By the time he came back it seemed like the leak had disappeared so we left it at that. A few weeks later the leak came back. When I tried to get the original plumber back to look at it, he made excuses and said nothing more could be done. Would not stand behind his work. That left us with a leaky toilet to fix again. The leak was small and sporadic so there was no sense of urgency to resolve, but it eventually needed to get fixed.

Fast forward a few months. I found Brian's company on Yelp and gave him a call. He picked up quickly and I advised him of the problem. He said he could probably fix it and guarantee the work for up to a year after completion. He had to take a look at it first and told me what it would cost for him to come out and approximately what it would cost to fix without seeing the issue. Initially he was going to come out in a couple of days to look at it, but then called back to say he could come out that same day.

He arrived when he said he would. Wore booties over his shoes to keep our house clean and then went to work on our toilet. Once the toilet was out, we found some subpar work had been done by the original plumber and one of the parts that had originally been installed was cracked and could have been the source of the leak. Brian went to work and fixed the issue by taking out the cracked part and installing the part again and making sure it was not cracked when the toilet was put back in. During the whole repair process, Brian kept me in the loop and showed me what he was doing and explained why he was doing it. He put the toilet back in and flushed it several times to check for leaks. It did not leak. I gave it a couple of days before using the toilet since some water had gotten under our flooring from the original toilet installation from the plumber. We placed a fan in there to dry it out for about 2-3 days and then flushed the toilet several times without incident. I texted Brian to let him know everything looked good for now and no leaks from the toilet. He said to contact him if there were any further issues now that his repair was complete.

Brian fixed the problem that the original plumber would not. He was very reliable, efficient, friendly and did great work for me. I definitely will use him again in the future, if needed. I highly recommend Brian's company for your plumbing needs. He did a great job!!!

Quick to quote only to change the estimate by 20% and would not stand by the original price. Watch out for the bait and switch. This review does not represent the quality of work, I wasn't able to experience that.

Superior fix did a great job installing my floor trim transition piece. Our carpet was lifting and the nail board was exposed which was not safe. Brian came to our house prepared with all of the necessary parts and tools to complete the job in a timely manner and for a very fair price.

I reached out to Brian/ Owner at Superior Fix Handyman on a neighbor App. He responded right away. Came by the next day. And completed the job today . He fixed my light, and since hes an electrician by trade, he literally rewired it. Great service, very professional., nice guy. The fact that he's licensed and insured is a big plus.
