Charged me $348 to pick up a toilet move it 12 inches place a wax wing down and turn 2 bolts. If they charge that much to do so little how much would they charge for larger jobs.

Feel taken advantage of and disappointed in their lack of right and wrong.

Will never use them again 500 bucks just to snake my main line to the street. Would have told to leave but had already waited 3 days for the soonest available plumber and couldn't wait any longer since we couldn't use any water. Plumber was fairly nice but I had to help him at points since he was a bit older and superior didn't give him any help that day. Would only use as last resort.

Rodney came out this morning and snaked our kitchen drain. He did a great job. He was very knowledgeable, very polite and personable. Should we need Superior's services in the future, we will certainly be requesting him.

Joe came out to my job and we went over everything that needed done. He said they would be there the next day. Later that day he texted me saying he could not do it and would keep me updated When he could. I texted back and asked when, he said Friday. Thursday came and he said he would not be able to do the job at all! I am in a jam, and to make it worse he blamed it on me not communicating well enough. Excavators and concrete delayed one week.

Superior Drain did an excellent job replacing all off the corrugated drain pipes on our yard.

They were very thorough when they came to look at the job. They were also very reasonably priced compared to other estimates.

The job was done on time and they made sure everything was picked up.

I would highly recommend Superior Drain to anyone needing plumbing work.

I called Superior on Tuesday evening, requesting help with a leak from the Condo above mine, based on a recommendation from the President of my Board. Today is Friday, and I have not received a returned call. Really can't wait to share with the rest of the people who live here.

Our drains were a mess. We had a driveway drain that backed up every time it rained, flooding our garage. Superior came out, ran a camera, and determined that tree roots had destroyed the antiquated clay tile lines. They removed the damaged tile, replaced it with PVC, and then power snaked the salvageable sections of tile pipe. Their prices were on par with other companies, they did a good job of cleaning up, and they were professional. I recommend.

Called them to snake a kitchen sink drain. After 30 minutes, the guy said it couldn't be done, keep in mind he used a small worthless snake and made excuses as to why the larger one couldn't be used. Only problem with his excuse is Roto Rotor used the large snake years ago no problem and got it to work effortlessly. This company IS A JOKE!!! DO NOT CALL THEM FOR DRAIN WORK!!! They will make excuses and charge you over 200 dollars FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Now I have to call another company to actually do the work and I'm out 200 dollars for NOTHING!!!

I had clogged drainage pipe so I called to have it snaked. They came out attempted to snake the drain but couldn't unclog the pipe. They then charged me over $200 to tell me my drain was clogged. I already knew that, thanks for nothing. Why would you waste time calling someone who can't even fix the problem. I don't know why they call themselves a drainage service, let alone superior drainage. When all you do is drive to someone's house and charge them whether it's fixed or not. I already diagnosed the problem I need it fixed. Not for you to tell me what I already knew.
