We are on a well (no city water) and have been having water pressure issues for a while now. For instance, when taking a shower, the pressure would drop down to a trickle and then when the well pump kicked on the pressure would return. This would happen two or three times if taking a long shower. Also, my wife planted a large garden and would have to stop watering and wait for the water pressure to return. Aggravating.

We called Superior Drain Solutions, and a Human answered the phone. She took our information and in a short while we received a call back from Chris.

Bright and early the next morning Phil and Dennis were here diagnosing the problem. After charging up the water tank with air and replacing a faulty pressure switch and pressure gauge (the gauge would not go below 40 lbs. and the pressure switch would not come on until the pressure dropped all the way down to 19 lbs.).

We are pleased to report that the water pressure is better than ever. There are no more discernable pressure drops when showering and the pressure stays up when my wife is watering her garden (she does not have to stop and wait for the water pressure to return.

101 5 star reviews. I must just be really unlucky. Emailed them and they called back a few hours later. Talked to the guy about my issues and he asked for some pictures and said we could set something up for Friday. I sent the pics and ghosted ever since. I texted and called, no response and no answer. Left a voicemail and no response. I don't know why it is so hard to find a decent plumber. My money is just as green as the next guy. All these reviews about how they showed up within hours of a call and I can't even get a response. I give up.

Having a clogged sewer drain on a Sunday is probably one of our worst nightmares to have and yet we had to lived it. I called Superior at 2o'clock Sunday afternoon and actually got somebody on the phone. Phil was the consummate professional. He indicated that he was finishing a job in Fulton and could be here within the hour. Not knowing anything about plumbing we were at his mercy and we deeply appreciated the quick service and the integrity. He isolated the problem within three minutes of arrival, and had the drains completely cleaned out and flushed and was on his way in less than 40 minutes. In this day and age were good service is as rare as a unicorn, this company is a stunning example of what it takes to build a loyal customer base. We're deeply grateful to Superior Drain Services for their integrity, professionalism, and spot on service.

We found this company thru Yelp and Chris responded quickly. My daughter & son-in-law had just moved into their new ""older"" house and their new upstairs bathroom was leaking through the pipes into the basement and we spoke at length with Chris about it before they came out. However when Dennis got here, he said he wasn't a licensed plumber and couldn't do the job. He ended up fixing a minor issue that had arisen under the sink in our small downstairs bathroom because he was going to charge $150 service call anyway. So they paid him $300 for a simple job that my husband could have fixed. Why would he come for a job if he wasn't a licensed plumber? Disappointed with this whole scenario. Giving two starts only for prompt response.

These guys do things the right way! Our kitchen sink backed up. Called Superior around 4pm and Chris got back to me within 30 min. Told me upfront what the likely cost would be to snake the drain. He arrived on time the next day, after calling to let me know he was on his way, and took care of everything within 30 min., no surprises. We called on Monday, April 5, 2022 for a sewer line backup at our residence. Chris returned our call in a very short period of time, was extremely professional and pleasant. Was able to give us a price range (which was accurate and true) and get someone to our residence the next morning. Randy called when he was on his way and was also extremely professional and pleasant. Randy was so good with our two rescue dogs and very down to earth and friendly. Randy worked diligently to resolve the issue. Another local company gave us an estimate for twice as much and never called back to schedule even though we were desperate.
