Really wanted to give this business 5 stars but after job was done one light was down still tape around the filter door. One smoke alarm was hanging still. It was messy around kitchen cabinets they were going to caulk around them for me! They were very nice people! I give them high marks for that the work they did was good. I expected some mess because they removed popcorn ceiling I had a lot of touch up and clean up it wasn't all vacuumed up as promised. There were 3 walls did not look good because they were splattered from paint so they painted them for me so they did try to make me happy. But they were going to do chalking around cabinets and repaint the trap door to attic because it was painted stuck up there I ended up
Painting that myself. Jan was great if it weren't for her I probably wouldn't have gone with them very persuasive. Greg really did a great Job considering he was alone most of the time he was told that he would have help usually was just him he worked very hard when he was there.
Byron was great but promised stuff that never happened. The business very nice folks but follow through gave them low earned them low marks!!

I first contacted Superior Drain Service on Tuesday, July 6th. When they reached out to me we set up an appointment for the next day at 1pm at the cost of $150/hr. At 10:24 the next morning I contacted them to inform them that the cooler was not needing repair any longer. At 11:21 they informed me that they had already purchased the part they would need. On July 11th, the cooler was on the blink again, so I called to make another appointment. On July 12th their repairman came to fix the cooler. He did a great job fixing the cooler in less than an hour. No complaints there. They charged me $316.00......2 hrs of labor and $16.00 for the part. When I called to dispute the 2 hrs of labor, I wasn't treated very nicely. They ended up charging me only $50.00 for time it took to purchase the part. (Mind you, this was prior to ever looking at the cooler.) I was told to go out and get estimates from other plumbers if I didn't like the price. I know how much plumbers charge. My complaint was that I have never been charged for a plumber to go to the store to purchase a part days before the repair. I feel this is unethical.

Showed up early, found the leak and repaired it within 20 min. We paid a fair price and are very happy !

I needed a 5x7' ceiling patched with sheetrock. They came out to see the job and were good about doing a small job for a reasonable amount. However, when the repair man arrived he didn't bring any ladders, 'T' post for supporting sheetrock, or screws. Luckily, I had a ladder and screws, but without the second ladder or 'T' post, he had to cut what would have been a single panel into two panels. That makes an extra joint that I have to patch. I also had to help him install the sheetrock panels. A very bad support for a job they had inspected and planned for. They did cut the bill in half because the job wasn't planned right.
