I live in a loft unit that was built 15+ years ago. Even though it's not that old the bathroom seemed dark and dated. I had Florin renovate other bathrooms and he and his crew did an amazing job on those, so I never bothered to get estimates from other contractors. Again, he transformed the small dark bathroom into a luxurious space. The building is mostly concrete so we couldn't really enlarge the bathroom, but it feels spacious because of the lighting, colors and choice of fixtures. Every detail is perfect. From the moment they arrive, Florin and his guys are polite, careful of not only my space but the hallways, elevators and lobby as they bring materials and tools in and out. I've referred my neighbors to him and everyone has been happy with the work he's done for them.

Ok, if you are reading this review, you are busy trying to make decisions on who/what contractor to hire for your project. You have found one that is over the top qualified, over the top honest, extremely professional, and will give you a good if not great value for your hard earned money. I have been using Florin and his crews for over 24 years. I have used him for my own personal home projects, I have used him for my management of commercial projects, building and maintaining restaurants. I have known Florin and his family seems like forever. I'm not sure there is anything he can't do! If so he will let you know and help fill that need with his knowledge in the construction field. At a minimum get a bid for your job from Florin, he might have a better idea for you on completing your job.

Don't worry, he's older than he looks, when I first met Florin I figured I would have to run things by his dad because he couldn't know what to do at such a early age! He did, from the first project I completed with him, I never worried about it.

His business may be new to Yelp but not to me. You would be hiring a contractor you can count on for a life time, or at least until he chooses to retire!!

Good luck with what ever your project is, and who ever you hire.

He may not be the cheapest, I'm sure he won't be the most expensive. You do get what you pay for!

I wanted to have my garage floor epoxy coated. I contacted Florin at Superior Building Solutions. He responded quickly to schedule an estimate appointment. Florin arrived on time for the estimate and quoted me a competitive price for the basic gray with blue, black and white flecks. He's a super nice guy. Florin and his coworker arrived on time to do the job and finished in a few hours. I'm very happy with the results and I highly recommend Superior Building Solutions.

Great to work with. Explains the entire process well and will give great suggestions if you have any questions, which is a plus if you're new to remodeling your house. However, the best thing about Florin is his honesty as it's hard these days to find a reliable and honest contractor that will do the best job for you. His crew is very respectable and kind.
