I live in an apartment building and this company was hired to do repairs. Problem is, they wanted access to my unit DURING THE LOCKDOWN.
When we refused access, the Manager threatened us and our father! He said we were ""babies"" and he had a job to do.
With this attitude, I'm amazed this guy can still get a job.
Their work is bare minimum and shoddy at best, at worst they break all your pipes so you have to hire them back to repair them!
Stay away from these guys at all costs.
Complete waste of time and money.

Over the years, I have had Superior 1 Plumbing re-pipe the copper water lines in both of my 4-unit apartment buildings, and replace rusted out cast-iron drain pipes. Each time they gave me a fair price, and did excellent, very-efficient, quick work. They are my ""Go-To"" plumbers. I highly recommend them.

This is the company who I elected to go with to copper repipe my multi level townhome. After interviewing two other companies the owner Albert had the right positive vibe. The job was done very well almost a decade ago and now in 2019 he is the one I call to fix a drainage issue that has manifested on my atrium patio, I have that type of trust in him and his staff

I called Superior 1 Plumbing to provide a quote on a Drinking Water Fountain that we needed installed at Vistamar School in El Segundo, CA. After the Finance Director and I decided on the quote based on the pricing and that Albert the Owner/Manager was on time to the appointment and explain everything that needed to be done. Once we set up the appointment for the installation his crew showed up on time and had everything ready. They began by cutting the at the bottom of the walls to connect the water lines. The work was completed on time and very professional. I was going to have one of my guys patch the wall but Albert came by and he said he has a guy that will leave the wall like it was never cut. As he said his drywall guy was amazing. He did not charge me for the drywall job as it was not on the quote. I am very impressed. I have used them a few more times for repair jobs and they are excellent. Will use them to Jet our lines in Spring break instead of LA Hydro Jet. Definitely will recommend them for any jobs here in the Southbay or anywhere.

As a tenant of an apartment that was recently worked on by Superior 1 Plumbing, I am not a happy end-user. While the plumbing aspect of the work seems to be fine, the post-piping work is less than satisfactory. The first-wave wall cutting and the piping team were fine. They covered everything and were clean. The secondary wallwork team that trimmed-out the wall cuts, drywalled and plastered made a huge mess. They didn't cover things although they had to do additional wall-cutting and trim work for the new sheetrock - so, dust got everywhere. The plasterers made a mess, did sloppy work and got splatter on lots of things. The plasterwork that was in less obvious places (not common sight-line) was extremely sloppy.

I realize that things get messy during the work, but the lack of dust-coverage and especially the lack of post inspection and cleanup were the most disappointing aspects of the work over-all.

To add to that:

1.) They didn't fill/close the hole from the water heaters' old standpipe. Its a 1-2 inch hole directly into the crawlspace under the house. Hello bugs and rodents!

2.) They cut into the floor and didn't properly repair it.

3.) Someone stole my shower multi-head and replaced it with a basic/standard head.

4.) Someone broke an outside planter and discarded it.

5.) Washer drainpipe was damaged during the work and caused a leak.

6.) All trash accumulated from their work was placed in my own trash receptacle, and not removed by them. They filled my barrel and left little room for my own trash to fit. Since the barrels are my city responsibility, I paid for their trash removal. Thanks a lot!

As an end-user of Superior 1 Plumbing's work, I am very disappointed. I would not and could not recommend.

I wish that zero stars were an option. They came into my apartment with no time frame in mind. They said the job would be done in three days. I am writing this a week and a half later and the work is still not done. They left the doors open while we were not there so there are tons of bugs everywhere. They left debris ALL OVER our apartment without any intention of cleaning it up. Drilled a pointless hole into our closet where they got dirt, plaster, and debris on mine and my roommates clothing and inside our laundry basket. They took it upon themselves to mess with our heating system while we were not home and dislodged the device from our floor. They pretended they couldn't understand us when speaking to them and when we called to complain they were perfectly capable of speaking to us. They said they would clean up the mess after we complained the first time and never did. When I got a call back after calling and saying i wanted to file an official complaint, the worker was extremely rude saying that this is an inconvenience for THEM! Additionally, they did INCORRECT WORK and had to change things they already did. This whole experience has been a source of stress and anxiety and I could not be more unsatisfied and upset.

They missed a Saturday appointment and told us we never booked it. My neighbor and I spent all morning waiting.

The ""owner"" called me the day of the missed appointment. He said he was the oncall plumber. I described my problem and he told me ""the sky is not falling"". He told me my landlord needed to call him. He doesn't deal with tenants, he said. He wouldn't honor the appointment because ""it wasn't an emergency. My landlord called him and he agreed to come only after she convinced him. I declined the offer. Too little, too late.

I'm not the only reviewer to have similar problems.

I encourage anyone considering this provider to read all of the reviews.

Workers were very nice and trustworthy. Alex helped us when we randomly needed help moving a mattress and all in all the work was professional and the workers and owner Albert were very hardworking and effectively repiped our entire building.

I have remodeled a lot of houses and my usual plumbers weren't available for a last minute re-piping job to go around a leak under the slab of a rental house. This company came by to give an estimate and despite the fact that I recently had part of the house re-piped they wouldn't even look at the work that was done and insisted they either re-pipe the entire house or nothing at all. Because of my many years of experience in construction I know when someone is trying to rip me off. I feel sorry for people who don't have construction knowledge and come across this company.
