I hired superior 1 plumbing to do a repipe of a triplex for me last year in 2021. They did an excellent job. They have crews that install new pipes and a crew that patches the holes in walls. Definitely the best value out on the market. It's been a year and I've had no issues. I met with several plumbers and they definitely have the best pricing and quality work. I just met with Alberto today and hired superior 1 for another repipe job. If you're looking for excellent work and value hire superior 1. At first I was hesitant because of reviews on rudeness but people are soft these days and get offended easily. In my experience they were respectful. The cost included permits. City inspector came out to look at work and signed it off with our any issues.

Don't give them your credit card number. I fired them mid 2018 after Sam gave me a bid of $3,400 to clear a toilet. Low and behold, May 21, 2019 I get a charge on my credit card for $625!!!! I called the office and they said I had called Albert and asked him to go to the building. I explained I fired them mid 2018 after Sam gave me a bid of $3400 to snake a toilet. She insisted I had called Albert to go out. Not only have I disputed this charge with my credit card company, changed my credit card number, I will be calling the
Contractors board on Tuesday. Avoid these people. They're crooks!!!

I selected Superior 1 Plumbing over 10 years ago to copper repipe my multilevel home, there is no one else I felt comfortable with calling when a draining issue presented itself within my patio. The owner and staff are all pleasant, upbeat and professional. Discussing the direction to go with the placement of a drainage system was easy, I didn't feel left out of the planning, my ideas were allowed to be expressed and my end result I am certain, will correct the issue that has occurred, likely due to the usual settling that occurs with most homes.

Do not do business with this company. They are crooked. I called them to do a repair, they quoted me one price on the phone. When they got to my job they lied to me about the problem, misrepresenting the situation.
They did not adequately do the repair and the work completed was illegal.
They then tried to charge me five times the agreed to price. Their license should be revoked.
