Avoid at all costs . I needed a steam shower head installed for a rental and Israel quoted $200 for installation only . Once he walked into the home the price suddenly went up to $300 , ok fine . He told me he would order the parts and provide the ORIGINAL INVOICE , in which he refuses to do so . Charged $430 for a steam shower head and 2 small parts . Once he didn't provide the invoice after asking numerous times I decided to look up the parts online on 6 different platforms . The price on 6 different platforms = $140.00 . I confronted Israel many times please provide the invoice and he refuses to do so . It's a shame you take advantage of nice people who took your word , I hope this comes back to you one day . Paid $730 total . $430 for steam shower head which costs $140 . Unethical . Filing a complaint with CSLB in hopes another customer does not experience same .

Prices reasonable based on the issues we had.

The customer service is very professional. Although they could not send a service person out the same day I called, they communicated they were on calls and would be able to come the next day.

Israel arrived, checked out the multiple issues and communicated the work he had to do. He alerted us that there was another problem that we were not aware of and took pictures and texted to phone.

He is a class act. Glad we called Superhero to solve our problems. Definitely will call them in the future.

Yesterday, I came home from grabbing a bite to eat and noticed my apartment smelled a little funny...I went into the kitchen and saw that there was a huge water build up in my kitchen sink. I did not know where it came from. It was absolutely disgusting. It was brown and green, I almost thought it was sewage. I almost threw up. (GAG)

Now, I am a huge believer in doing it yourself, I tried to plunger it, and it did not work...So, I gave in and called the property manager...he reached out to Superheroes...boy, am I glad he did!

Now, you never really know what you are going to get when you call a service...it can be scary. Keep in mind, as a single woman, you don't want creepsters in your apartment. When you think of plumbers, you think the overweight guy with the hairy back and the pants that show his crack when he bends over...Ha!!! It is a typical stereotype...no one wants that guy in their place...

We sent out the Superhero signal and it was Anthony and Israel to the rescue! They were my Superhero life-savers! Seriously, they were professional, extremely thorough, and had good personalities. They not only fixed the issue, (which was related to my neighbor), but they also cleaned up all the gunk. How cool is that? It was like it never happened!

Not only did they fix my and the neighbor's issues, but, they told my property manager how to avoid this issue again. I know that when the building has problems again, my PM will definitely be sending out the Superhero signal!

Tony is a real superhero!! I made the call to Superheroes Plumbing because my toilet had overflowed. They walked me through what to do for the time being until they arrived. Once they came I knew that I was saved! They were very knowledgeable?? about what they were doing andimmediately?y found the source to the problem and were kind enough to keep me updated throughout the whole process.
