Fantastic - I highly recommend Superdrain. They installed a new water heater for me a few months ago and ran into a ton of problems because the old water heater was 50 years old and everything was outdated/out of code. They had to wait for our roofer to show up a few weeks later to cut a hole in the roof so they could install the proper ventilation and finish the job. They always answer the phone, show up the same day, and always come right when they say they will or call to give you an update on their ETA, and are very respectful and tidy. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Fast, friendly, reasonable. I will definitely use them again. We called and got an answer, not a machine, and had service right away. They told us if we wanted to save some money, we could buy some absorbent and apply it ourselves, or they would be happy to do it. It's really great to have a company offer ways to save money!

I really appreciate that superdrain understands a clogged kitchen sink is a ""emergency"" for a mom with kids. I am so thankful they fit me in last minute( literally called at 4:30 pm and they got me in that night!). I also appreciate that hey explain what they are going to do, and explain the process, without making a layman who has no real plumbing experience feel dumb! Thanks for that!

Excellent! Fast, Professional and Polite. The technician showed up shortly after my phone call for service. The job took less time than expected, the technician was professional and polite throughout the entire process. How refreshing to get excellent customer service on top of excellent service. After they completed the job and left I told my boss that I really liked these guys and would use them again no hesitation.

Super fast service!!!! I called Superdrain about 12:00pm and RJ, the technician, showed up at 1:00pm. RJ quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He saved me lots of money; and offered me a prayer. What a guy!!!! Thanks RJ. Great work and a great human being.

9-9-16 I have a regular plumbing service that I call for actual plumbing issues. My kitchen sink was backed up..... it happened slowly over a few weeks time....my home is an older vintage house 60+ years old. My friend convinced me I needed a Roto Rooter type service that would go up on the roof and *power plunge* the drains out...... so I called SuperDrain not realizing they are actually a full service plumbing company. I felt guilty about *cheating* on my long established plumber's. The young man that came out ,James, got right to work. Very polite ..communicative and efficient. He was here for almost an hour.......worked very diligently to get things taken care of. Very reasonable cost ...in fact their prices are much better than the other plumbing service I had been using so I think I am going to stick with SuperDrain....oh and after I called ...James was here within 20 minutes. Super business and very very nice to be able to trust a service and not get the run around. Call them if you need great service.

Al and his crew are the best! I called to have my bathtub faucet repaired and Al sent Gabriel out right away. He was very professional and polite and had it repaired quickly. This was not the first time I used them, I always call Superdrain for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them!

This guy is awesome! First off, I called him with an after hours emergency and he said ""no problem, I'll be right there."" No exaggeration, he was here in like 15 minutes. He has great energy, a very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable beyond words. He came in, knew exactly what was wrong and gave me my options. The best part was that he told me, in all honesty how I could save a lot of money and remedy the problem. He literally came and left with nothing, but the fact that he absolutely could've stiffed me out of my money, but he didn't. (As I was panicking and anxious to get the problem fixed and willing to pay whatever). He explained to me exactly what was wrong, he was very kind, and I recommend him to everyone. By far the best repair person I've come into contact with since moving here 5 years ago. I thank God for him, I have 5 children, the holidays just passed (and I just paid for other repairs) and I could've been out of a lot of money tonight, had I come across a dishonest man. I'm so grateful that that was not the case. Thank you so much!! (I'm referring to the man in the picture, however I don't remember his name)
