This guy is awesome! First off, I called him with an after hours emergency and he said ""no problem, I'll be right there."" No exaggeration, he was here in like 15 minutes. He has great energy, a very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable beyond words. He came in, knew exactly what was wrong and gave me my options. The best part was that he told me, in all honesty how I could save a lot of money and remedy the problem. He literally came and left with nothing, but the fact that he absolutely could've stiffed me out of my money, but he didn't. (As I was panicking and anxious to get the problem fixed and willing to pay whatever). He explained to me exactly what was wrong, he was very kind, and I recommend him to everyone. By far the best repair person I've come into contact with since moving here 5 years ago. I thank God for him, I have 5 children, the holidays just passed (and I just paid for other repairs) and I could've been out of a lot of money tonight, had I come across a dishonest man. I'm so grateful that that was not the case. Thank you so much!! (I'm referring to the man in the picture, however I don't remember his name)

Our kitchen sink was stopped up. Called Superdrain on a Friday, and they sent someone out to my home very quickly. The plumber, Roy, was really nice and knew what he was doing. The drain was cleared in a jiffy. I would not hesitate to class Superdrain again.

My kitchen sink started to back up and I wanted to get it fixed ASAP, I called these guys and they were here within 30 min and had my sink unclogged in another 30min. They (Dave and Gabriel) talked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had so I knew exactly what was being done.

While I hope I never get another plumbing problem, I will be calling these guys back for any future work.

We've had other plumbing companies come for various jobs and haven't been extremely satisfied with their work. This last time that the laundry line was not draining properly, we broke out with the phone book and randomly called whichever companies could come the soonest (and whichever ones sounded professional as well). So, Superdrian ended up coming to do the job and the results were great. This line hadn't been draining properly for years and we had others come but didn't do a job quiet like this co. did. We recommended their work to another friend and she ended up being highly satisfied as well. It's always refreshing to find people who can do the job right.

Came into work Tuesday morning to a toilet that was spewing water everywhere. Ug. Called Superdrain and they came right out, within 30 minutes! I was expecting them to tell me I needed a whole new toilet but instead they just replaced the gasket and bolts and the old crapper is good as new! Easy peasy! I will surely call them first if I'm ever being showered in bowl water.

Got the dreaded backed up sewer. Called other high Yelp-rated companies and got answering machine at one and the other wouldn't give an hourly rate over the phone. So I went to the phone book and called around. Superdrain was one of 4 I called, and they had a crew available within a half hour.
Two guys came out, checked out the layout of the lines, explained to me the quirks of my plumbing that they would work through on this century old house, then got to work. They were very knowledgeable and competent and pleasant to work with.
With my 10% senior discount, they did the job for just under $90. I will definitely call them again in the future if I need another plumbing job done.
