Got a quote from these guys at our business. Supercool guy gave an estimate that was to replace condenser on a unit and a lot of other stuff they said needed. Got two other quotes because supercool wanted more to repair than we thought unit was worth. Our two other quotes said it was just fan and and redid some wiring at 1/8 of the cost. So yea glad we got other estimates and our unit works fine after 5 months. So we don't think supercool is cool.

I usually don't write reviews but thought this one should be written. My husband got a quote last year to fix a heat pump unit not working at our house. The quote supercool gave him was to fix a lot of big ticket items that were supposedly wrong with the unit and a really outrageous amount of money to repair it. My husband thanked them for coming out and got a few other quotes to make sure. It ended up being simple fix for under $200 and none of the stuff super cool said needed to be fixed really needed to be fixed. Its been running great for several months now and no problems. So glad my husband did not go with Supercool as they would have fixed unnecessary stuff and charged thousands of dollars. Happy that there are still honest guys out there who really restored our faith. Just do your homework and get another bid if the price seems unusually high and you will be glad you did. We went on a trip to Vegas instead of spending it on fixing the heat pump!

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

Found this company at the home show in Phoenix to do a kitchen remodel at our home. We made an appointment at the home show for an in home consultation. Company did not arrive as scheduled so we left a voicemail to see if was still coming. A couple hours later we did receive a call saying that our phone number was written down incorrectly and they were unable to call us back as owner was out of town. We then rescheduled our consultation and again did not show up or call us saying would be late just a no show. I would reconsider this company very poor communication and customer service.

Previous homeowner self installed a gas line underground to an outdoor fire pit.
All elbow joints were rusted and gas was escaping through the joints.
The Rep's from Super Cool removed brick patio flooring,dug out and removed old rusted pipe.
Then retrenched deeper and buried new pipe, replaced brick flooring on patio as if they were never touched.

Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

A bit spendy, but would recommend in a heartbeat.

I own a rental home and after an outage the wiring from the stove to the panel and the AC to the panel both failed. My renter called me and I asked Jimmy (owner of Supercool) to repair it. Jimmy called me to tell me what the issues were and that new wire would need to be run from both appliances to the panel. He sent 2 workers to complete the repair and billed us 100ft of wire and 10 hours of labor coming to over $1800. We have used Jimmy's company in the past and have been pleased. This time, however, we were over charged for labor and materials. This is a 1200 sq ft, small house and I've lived there in the past so I am aware of the layout and what the attic looks like. After I received his invoice, I checked with my renter to ensure the hours were correct. She and her boyfriend said the crew spent only 6 hours at the house total. I then called 3 other electricians (2 who have worked on this house before) and received much lower quotes-all between $600-$800. In addition, the crew broke a light fixture getting into the attic and didn't reattach the breakers properly at the panel which resulted in my renter not having hot water. Neither of these issues were brought to my attention by Supercool nor were we reimbursed for them. I'll note that this was a simple rewire of 2 appliances. The other electricians I spoke to confirmed that this would be a one man job taking 1-2 hours. I think this company has changed the way they do business and I don't think the owner is auditing his employees to ensure honest, quality work. It's unfortunate, but we will not be using Supercool again.

About 20 years ago..Jimmy installed a rooftop AC/Heater at mom's home. I was impressed with the background knowledge and service throughout the process.
The Goodman unit contniues to work well throughout the years plus some regular service and some maintaince needs were done... There was a blower replacement and other things throughout the years but the rooftop unit has continued to perform and Jimmy and his crew have always been professionals about their jobs.
Today, it needs an electronic circuit board for the heater to work and I'm calling Jimmy for assisatnce. Keep up the great work!

Jimmy is AWESOME! He came out immediately and was friendly and honest. We had paid to have a ""new"" compressor installed on our unit in June of 2013 with a different company. Jimmy ran the serial # to find out that in all actuality that ""new"" part we had that previous company install was actually a refurbished 2010 part. In addition, they didn't even install the part correctly so that's why it went out so quickly. Lesson learned, I will never use another AC company besides Super Cool Heating & Cooling. Jimmy went above and beyond and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a fast, friendly, and honest AC company! Thanks again Jimmy!

I bought a heat pump from them with a 10 year warranty. From the first year on I have had to have it serviced at least 14 to 15 times a year. Now 8 years out it is even worse. They claimed they have 24 hour service on their literature and business cards however they take days to come and do the service and despite a full 10 year complete warranty they still figure out a way to nickel and dime their way into service charges for this or that. I do not recommend this company nor their products. I am very upset I ever bought my heat pump from these people.
