Never showed even after a three hour wait. Complete trash in regards to customer service! Never again!

So we've needed plumbers every few months for the last three years, the main drain has roots. We use different plumbers everytime . I called another company today and they said they could come out Tuesday, well before I called I tried these guys and no one picked up, but shortly after I got a text asking if I needed a plumber. I naturally said yes, they were here an hour late but they came , same day. An EXTREMELY polite young guy named Andrew showed up, I can't count how many times he called me ""sir"" he started on the drain, and informed me that he recommended the water jet, very expensive procedure I've been quoted before. Well apparently these guys are about half the price of everyone else. I approved the water jet which I was told comes with a 1 year guarantee, which is not only half of what other companies charge but also comes with a warranty that I've never been offered. After the water jet was complete my showers were still not draining and or really slow, Andrew came inside and checked out my shower drains too! All for an extremely reasonable price because he didn't charge me extra! I've never used these guys before, and I don't know if the water jet fixed the issue permanently, only time will tell. What I do know is I am extremely impressed with the customer service and professionalism of this company and based on today's experience I would without hesitation recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good plumber at a great price. Juan came and gave us a very convenient solution to our plumbing issue. We had water backing up out of our toilet coming from our kitchen sink. He went under the house, found the main drain and snaked it quick and fast. H even jet pro flushed our pipes which is guaranteed for a full year. Prices are fair and the work was fast. Great work!

Our apartment's kitchen sink was clogged. I tried plunging-- didn't work. Drano-- didn't work.
Tried disassembling the p-trap and checking for clogs-- that nearly flooded the kitchen.
I quickly realized I needed professionals.

Angel was there within an hour. He snaked the pipe once from the outside, but it still clogged. He snaked it again while I was running hot water, and the clog resolved.

Really nice guy. No upselling. No bullshit. These guys do the job they say they're gonna do.

My toilets weren't flushing and one of them was overflowing with all of the sewer drain water from the house. I had a big company come out to my house to fix the problem, the company said they would have to hydrojet my sewer lines from the get go, they didn't try to fix it any other way and they wanted to sell me more services. The hydrojet didn't work because after 24 hours I was having the same problem again. The company kept telling me that maybe a pipe had collapsed and that it would cost me even more money to fix the issue. The truth is I didn't trust anything the guy told me so I called up Miguel from Super Star Plumbing and he sent out a technician to my house in less than 30 minutes. Lazaro, the technician, was very helpful in helping me figure out my problem, he started with the least expensive solution and went on with the next solution when the first one didn't work; in less than 1 hour my plumbing was fixed. He was very sincere and trustworthy unlike the company that I had hired before. I am honestly satisfied with the service and will keep these guys as my go to guys in plumbing.

I had a bathtub problem, water not going down the drain. Turns out the camera detected a small plastic cap lodged. They recommended the hydro jet with one year guarantee. Here's hoping I don't have to call them back. They were friendly and professional Lazaro was the plumber. I will recommend them.

We had an emergent situation with our main sewer line. Lazaro was here within 90 minutes and fixed the problem. He was nice and professional. He did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.
Miguel worked with us on cost and gave us a huge discount. This is my NEW plumber!

On 4/03/2017, I called Super Star Plumbing to clear Kitchen sick, after so many calls Miguel shows up a 1.5 days later. He claimed the drain have rust and need to be changed, or he will use pressure cleaning tool but the cost will be $350 instead of $39.99. I used his service twice on different properties and he told me the same situation, but this time I did not fall into his trap.
I called Best Service Plumbing, they shows up on time and open the drain without any issue for $49. I will never use Super Star Pluming ever.

I have been using the services of super star plumbing for quite a few years now and personally, I've been a satisfied customer with these guys. 5 years ago they re-piped my entire house and did a great job. I've called them out for a drain job and they did a great job. Yesterday they were out again for a few things I needed done such as fixing a leaking outdoor hose nozzle and redoing the pipes under my bathroom sink. Lazaro came out to do the job yesterday and though it had been a while since he had been to my house, he remembered me and as a customer, that made me feel good. Lazaro was thorough, professional, did a great job and just an overall nice, good guy. Miguel, who I believe is the owner, is the one I deal with over the phone and he too is a good guy. I called a few times and it went to voicemail but I didn't leave a message. Within a minute or two my phone was ringing and it was Miguel on the phone calling me back. Very quick and responsive. Their prices are very reasonable and fair compared to other plumbers I have used in the past. I will continue to use the services these guys provide in the future should the need arise and I will definitely be requesting that Lazaro be the one to come out if available. Thanks guys... Keep up the good work!

I scheduled an appointment for the next day and these guys picked the time. They never did show up and didn't even call to tell us they were not coming. I called when they were 15 mins late and they said they were almost there and at the 30 and so forth they stopped answering the phone and never called us back.

This is a company of many different people and not everyone who works for them is licensed. Beware and don't waste time with this company.
