Oh wow so he said he will be out here by around 11:30 and I had to ask him again at 1:30 can I get an ETA when he says yes I am almost there and it is 3 o'clock now so I'd rather just cancel someone that is so shady with peoples time yelp you should really remove this person from your listings... what a waste of my day . Bad customer service all the way around .

I usually use these guys but today was not good. It took them 4 hours to unclog a drain. Ok, but then they left and left a mess in my bathroom. The toilet was left dirty, the rugs were not put back, dirty water spots were left on my wall n door, and his attempt at mopping the floor.... let's just say it was left worse. If this is how they do service now, then no matter how good they have been in the past i can not recommend them.

Very bad customer service!!
This people are the worst one in meeting on time for the appointment and they charge way over the standard rate for any service.
They tell you that the service has a 6 months warranty, but if you have an issue with the service during the 6 months, good luck with getting a hold of anyone there. They will reject your calls and do not respond at all!!!

I recently had Rescue Rooter come to my house for a bathtub that would not drain, they wanted to charge me $800 for the Hydro Jetting. I called Super Star Plumbing West Covina and they were able to do it for half of that price. My were extremely professional and explained to me what was happening. They also showed up 30 min after I called. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a plumber.

I don't really write reviews much but The only times that I do is well I had a great experience or bad one. But really I like to give credit to where credit is due and man these guys were great. Very professional, took their time to explain things, and very thorough and did a very good job, and the best part is that they came on a timely matter!! As far as pricing goes I would also give them 5 stars for that as well. So if you guys ever need any plumbing make sure you give these guys a call!! If you want things done right!!
