Our drains had backed up overnight and we had an urgent need for help. Called Super Service and scheduled an appointment for their next open slot - the next day. Less than an hour later, Peter called back and said a tech finished a previous job early and could come immediately - yay! Bryan S. was our technician and he was very good. Completely professional, answered numerous questions, took care of the drain problem and also cleaned up everything before leaving. The price was comparable for others we had called and they even have discount coupons on their website. We were very happy with the service, price and professionalism. These guys are awesome! I've had to hire them twice to come out for stoppages in our sewer and they gave us fantastic service! They were clean, fast and knew what they were doing. They also were very patient with us with all our questions and gave us good advice about the tree root problems we are having. Not only that, but they came out the same day we called. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This past week a representative from Super Service Plumbing arrived at my residence for the purpose of making a minor repair at an exterior faucet. In total, only one part was necessary to make the repair, that being a brass nipple. Also, the plumber took less than one hour to complete the job. Nevertheless, I was charged $238.10.

I might I was charged this sum after the plumber initially said the job would cost approximately $330.00. After seeing how upset I was with such an outrageous bid,, he lowered the cost of the repair by approximately one hundred dollars.

I'll never use this company's services again, nor will I recommend them to anyone I care about. GMcK

Bryan, the service technician at Super Service Plumbing, is an extremely competent, personable and consummate professional.

Plumbing for the entire home backed up over the weekend, not a fun problem to have! Peter the dispatcher set up a speedy appointment. Bryan arrived promptly, then quickly and efficiently diagnosed and solved the whole problem! Bryan also gave clear explanations and recommendations to avoid future issues. The relief and peace of mind in having this horrendous problem solved so fast was priceless.

We needed a plumber out last minute for a potential leak - our hardwood floor had some damage. Someone came out within an hour and helped pull out the refrigerator and dishwasher to see if the leak was coming from there, then checked all around the sink area. They were very thorough! He even went out front to check the water meter to see if it was running while our water was off. We didn't find a leak and hope it was just a spill. The tech wouldn't even take payment from us. Wow! I would definitely recommend these guys!

We needed emergency service to repair a broken gas line and SSPlumbing responded immediately. Bryan assessed the problem quickly and provided clearly explained solutions and options. His repair was the best choice, done quickly and carefully, and well explained. His repair was better than the original work done. He evaluated every

As invariably happens, the bath and the sink plugged at the same time, on a Sunday morning. I called several plumbers: Super Service Plumbing (SSP) called back promptly, and was the only one to do so. Five stars there. I was quoted the breathtaking price of $387 to come look at the problem. Repairs could run $500. Whaddya do? My wife can't use the bushes. So I said ""OK.""

The serviceman arrived promptly. He was clean and courteous. By the time he arrived I'd managed to unplug the toilet, so the only problem was the sink. Fortunately, there was an under-sink cleanout, so he was able to snake the problem in less than ten minutes. All fixed and gone in a half hour. $387.78, a lower price because I'd solved half the problem myself.

I'll give SSP five stars for prompt response, clean and competent tech, and fixing the problem on the first try. I'll give them one star for cost of service. Thus 3 stars. Next time the pipes plug I'll send the wife to Starbucks to use the can, rent a snake, and fix the problem myself. We're a living-on-Social-Security couple, and nearly $400 for that simple repair just crippled the budget.

We had a water main pressure reduce valve fail and Bryan, the technician came out and not only fixed the pressure reducer but also was able to put in a new main shut off valve and clean up some other work which was going to fail eventually. Bryan was polite, clear and efficiently fixed the issues.

I would recommend Bryan and Super Service to my friends.
