I had problems with my pressure tank leaking and their response was fast. Did not have the service done because it was a defective pressure tank and was taken care of the company that made it. Great advice and they saved me money.

There are not enough good things I could possibly say about this company. TWICE now they have come out and rescued us. Once to fix the shower and then on Christmas Eve to fix the sewer line. I will always call them first and now that I am working in Property Management, I will be calling them first for all our property needs!!

Decent work. Got the job done. But not great communication and very poor price estimating or rate info. We Asked and asked for estimate or rate info and none given. Shame on me got blindsided by total invoice. Paid it, but a feel a bit swindled. Job done, but Won't use em again.

we had what we thought was a catastrophe at my condo in chelmsford which i rent..my husband called super service plumbing they were unbelievably great.. they responded in such a timely manner it was fantastic.. we called several other plumbers to no avail...they were extremely helpful ..it ended up not being as catastrophic as i thought ..but they were their ..there was a decent small fee for them going out there.. which was fine..we need a lot of plumbing work in the very near future and will use them for sure ..their communication was great ..overall excellent to deal with extremely happy..pamela and scott vavak..

I awoke this morning to a clean and most importantly a CLOG-free kitchen sink! The management at my senior residence called Super Service after the maintenance person on site said that it was a job for a pro... not only was my sink unclogged but the young man who provided the service was so kind that I said that I would let others know! Ray took care to put down a blanket in case of any spills, made sure that all was tidy when he left though he left behind his bright smile and the result this morning to know that everything was fixed! Thank you, Ray! And Super Service Plumbing for adding him to your team!

We needed a new pump for a radiant floor heating system. They charged us to install a new one. The problem still wasn't fixed but we knew it involved a second step of installing a new water heater for the system. They quoted us $10k for the new water heater. We went somewhere else for another quote and were told it would be $6,600. Upon installing the new water heater, the new guys found the 'new' pump that Super Service installed was not turned on and when activated, it leaked. We contacted Super Service and asked for a refund. They only refunded $150 for the pump, not the cost to install it. They have a long wait times before they come out and overcharge. Find someone else.

I told office staff I wanted a quote to video my sewer line, from the street and from the toilets. I was quoted about $550, and was told the final cost would be based upon what the service person sees. I set up an appointment.
Service man came on time, I repeated what I wanted, and was quoted $600. OK by me.
He did a good job scoping the line, and showing me problems.
Once the sewer line was done, he said the video from the toilets would be extra, since they had to remove and reinstall the toilet. Doing the 2 toilets would be about the same as the original video quote. So I had to pass on full video I was expecting.
I feel it was less than honest to give me 2 quotes (office and on the spot) and change it.
If I had known the toilets needed to be removed in order for him to do his work I could have done that earlier.
Video from thumb drive did not work and it took 3 days to get a replacement one.

A week ago, I noticed water leaking from my bathroom faucet. After calling a plumber from my church congregation, a couple of other ""highly rated"" plumbers and no call backs, I called Super Service Plumbing and scheduled an appointment. Ray, technician, diagnosed the problem and returned a day later to install the new faucet. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very polite. He did a superb job! No mess left behind for me to clean up. Great plumber!

After the gas was turned off in Windsor due to the horrific fires for nearly a week PGE came through to re-lit and verify unit by unit. Mine was red flagged because a plumber who had 'repaired' my water heater broke out the piece of protective glass two years prior in order to light the pilot. I never knew this until PGE red flagged it. I called Super Service Plumbing, where Peter pulled up schematics on this water heater and had to order some parts which were slowed down in arriving because of the wildfires. This State/Apollo water heater which is connected to my heating system required 'special kits' not generic parts which were ordered. Paul F. came out as soon as the parts were in. Paul was respectful, courteous, polite and very professional. Cannot say enough good about this company! I highly recommend them.
