3/8/23 I contacted SSP for a clogged toilet backing up into the shower in our front bathroom. Making contact with the office at SSP(Vicky), to Ramzi our service tech was seamless. Ramzi was unable to complete the repair on 3/8, but cut the estimate in half which was a plus for us as the consumer.

After deliberation with Ramzi on 3/8, the rest of the repair would be done on 3/9.

Ramzi and Paul showed up at 9:30a and were gone by 11:50a, the job completed.

The nice thing about SSP, they didn't push agenda, they suggested other things that could be done, but when we told them 'No' they accepted that and didn't pressure.

We have used SSP for plumbing jobs for many years, and will continue to use them as long as there are toilets that need flushing!!!!!

Sink hopelessly clogged and reached out to a few plumbers on Yelp. Super Service responded right away, and about 90 min. later I had someone out here snaking the drain. They have a minimum fee which covers the first hour, and I was told if they got it sorted within that hour there would be no additional fee. I know they can't predict what will happen but it's nice to have a clear pricing understanding from the start.

He got it unclogged inside of an hour, so it was just that base fee. Very friendly and kept the area clean despite a lot of standing water, etc. Two hours for the whole experience - what more can you ask for?

I had a drip leak in my shower faucet and I was aware that it maybe caused by an old posi-temp cartridge. The plumber from this company agreed with my assessment but told me they'll still charge $185 diagnostic fees. They also said that there will be a charge to bring needed tools to the site (Allen ranch set, couple of screw drivers and a plier) and a charge for the new cartridge and it's installation. The cartridge costs $31. I agreed to pay the said charges. But then they tried to install a used, discolored catridge with visible patina deposits. When I asked him about it, they said the catridge is brand new, just out of the package. Attached are the pics of catridges. First is the one from the faucet, and 2nd is the ""brand new"" catridge that was right out of the package. I told them not to install the catridge as it looks old and because I feel cheated, I'll not proceed with the transaction. They left the site as it was, main turned off and the faucet dissembled. I had to get a new catridge and complete the installation on my own. I contacted the business owner and they said the catridge looks brand new to them.

I had problems with my pressure tank leaking and their response was fast. Did not have the service done because it was a defective pressure tank and was taken care of the company that made it. Great advice and they saved me money.

There are not enough good things I could possibly say about this company. TWICE now they have come out and rescued us. Once to fix the shower and then on Christmas Eve to fix the sewer line. I will always call them first and now that I am working in Property Management, I will be calling them first for all our property needs!!

Decent work. Got the job done. But not great communication and very poor price estimating or rate info. We Asked and asked for estimate or rate info and none given. Shame on me got blindsided by total invoice. Paid it, but a feel a bit swindled. Job done, but Won't use em again.

we had what we thought was a catastrophe at my condo in chelmsford which i rent..my husband called super service plumbing they were unbelievably great.. they responded in such a timely manner it was fantastic.. we called several other plumbers to no avail...they were extremely helpful ..it ended up not being as catastrophic as i thought ..but they were their ..there was a decent small fee for them going out there.. which was fine..we need a lot of plumbing work in the very near future and will use them for sure ..their communication was great ..overall excellent to deal with extremely happy..pamela and scott vavak..

I awoke this morning to a clean and most importantly a CLOG-free kitchen sink! The management at my senior residence called Super Service after the maintenance person on site said that it was a job for a pro... not only was my sink unclogged but the young man who provided the service was so kind that I said that I would let others know! Ray took care to put down a blanket in case of any spills, made sure that all was tidy when he left though he left behind his bright smile and the result this morning to know that everything was fixed! Thank you, Ray! And Super Service Plumbing for adding him to your team!

We needed a new pump for a radiant floor heating system. They charged us to install a new one. The problem still wasn't fixed but we knew it involved a second step of installing a new water heater for the system. They quoted us $10k for the new water heater. We went somewhere else for another quote and were told it would be $6,600. Upon installing the new water heater, the new guys found the 'new' pump that Super Service installed was not turned on and when activated, it leaked. We contacted Super Service and asked for a refund. They only refunded $150 for the pump, not the cost to install it. They have a long wait times before they come out and overcharge. Find someone else.
