I called and received service on my boiler 12/28/2022 because my house had no heat. I was informed of a possible delay in my appt time do to the number of employees they had out sick. However my appointment time was kept which was great. I asked my technician to let me know what was wrong as I believed it was time for a whole new boiler. Luckily I was told I had a couple more years left in my boiler & they just needed to change my Thermo couple so the pilot wouldn't go out. AMAZING news not having to spend upwards of 3k that day, 300 for a $15 dollar part and 20min service was worth it if you asked me.?
Yet here we are. 6 days later 1/3 there's no hear yet again. I reached out got a response the next day & was told someone would come by. That was 1/4 it's now the 1/6 with 30° weather in the NJ area. What makes it worse is that there are children in the home as well. I feel I've been beyond accommodating & understand. Their lack of communication and 5min heads up on their arrival time shows a lack of professionalism. I will be asking for my money back, since I have to pay someone else to do what the ""super plumbers"" were paid to do a week ago. Smh

Super Plumbers gives Super Service. My hot water heater went out, it lost the pilot light and would not re-light. They were over within about an hour, and were able to re-light it. They were very polite. Price was fair for a house call.

What's worse than having a sewer back up in your basement on Christmas Eve. The next morning I found super plumbers in Hawthorne and called them at 8 AM. Spoke with the gentleman named Omar who assured me someone will be over between 10 AM and 12 to take care of it very professionally very very nice guy. Shortly after 10 AM gentleman gentleman named Tom called and said he was on his way.Super nice guy helped me move everything in the basement so it wouldn't get ruined had a big tarp to set up and spent quite a while until everything was taken care of very professionally. I am so happy with these guys I had to write a review which I never do.Very very reasonably priced and fair oh and sent someone over at such a busy time I am so happy I found these guys. What more can I say except use them and your review will be up here alongside of mine

I can't say enough good things about Frank and Super Plumbers. I have called Frank three different times with emergency situations late at night, and Frank was at my house in no time to fix the problem. We have an old central AC unit that started leaking through the ceiling at 11 pm, and Frank fixed it that night. It's been running great ever since. Good thing, because it was 95 degrees. And when my furnace stopped in the middle of the night when it was 10 degrees outside, Frank was there in fifteen to fix the problem. You simply don't find service like this anymore.
