We had quite the heating emergency at my small commercial building today and super service went above and beyond to help us!Dabari was the dispatcher and he really listened to me and made sure to make me feel important and priority with the emergency we were having. They (Ranier) came out within the hour and remedied a really dangerous situation that had been caused by a different company who gave us NO urgency to help. My manager brooke said Ranier was amazing and helpful and fixed our issue within 20 minutes. Thank you so much to super service for actually caring about your customers!!!!

Steven came out today because our furnace was blowing air without heat. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quite quickly. I'd been under an annual service agreement with one of the large companies before and had to use Super Service for a second opinion on an issue that came up last year. The solution provided by Super Service was THOUSANDS of dollars less than what had been suggested by our previous company. Today's issue would have been avoided by a regular maintenance visit earlier in the year, but today's charge was totally reasonable. This was my third totally positive experience with Super Service, so I signed up for their air and water maintenance agreement (which is about 2/3 the cost of the big companies and it includes a lot more service/benefits). IMO, they have earned their stellar reputation.

Quite rude.

I requested a service, and instead of asking me what the issue was, the company responded saying we don't work on small projects like that.

My issue had nothing to do with my irrigation system (what the company says they don't work on), but instead is an issue with the piping coming in from my mainline.

I will definitely not be using ""Super Service"" at any of my dozen properties.
