Super Service did actually provide me with Super Service! 2 thumbs up. I was interested in getting a tuneup on my 2 AC units and at a reasonable cost. Wendell came out and tuned up my units in a Jiffy.
He was courteous and wore booties and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed with this team and would hire them again for my air conditioning needs!
They also reply very quickly to yelp inquiries on got me on the schedule really quick!

First I want to say thank you Yelp for proving this service!
I reached out to Yelp requesting for help with my A/C.
The Super Service contacted me right away and set my appointment the next day.
They sent out constant communication to let us know when the tech is coming, when he is on route and what the status is on repairs and the cost.
The office manager was on top of any questions and request I had, it was seamless.
I appreciate a great customer service, since I am in the service industry, and that's exactly what Super Service Cooling & Heating provided, a SUPER SERVICE!!!

When I see Wendall pull up infront of my house. I was relieved because I was sweating so much inside my hot box. He wore a mask, gloves and booties so inside my house wouldn't get dirty. As he stepped inside, he can feel what I felt. He said, ""I can feel the heat inside your house a little bit."" So I showed him where my 2 air conditioning units were. He turned them on and heat was blowing out of them. He always asked me before he did anything. Which I felt respected. He asked me if he can go on the roof and check the air conditioning units to see what was wrong. I said, ""Sure! Go ahead!"" As he was done, he asked me if I wanted to get them fixed. I said without hesitation, ""Yes please!"" Because I'm being cooked inside my house. He told me it was the capacitors on both units were really bad and that's why it didn't blow cold air. He asked me about the tune up program where they come to you and check your air conditioning twice a year. I said, I need it because I live in Vegas where it's always hot in the summertime and really cold in the wintertime. So to make the story short. He fixed my problem.

I found through yelp, (I needed honest and cost effective.) It's so hard to find good & experienced HVAC contractors that seem to really care about taking care of their customers with fair prices. For me I was looking for American Standard AC Unit experience, our unit is an old AmericanStandard, these AC units are Top Rated by the BBB as one of the Best. If you service American Standard units regularly, replace air filters regularly and clean the air ducts regularly, they could last a good amount of years (*FYI/Do not trust Rheem Units, they break down and were Rated poorly on BBB.*)

Problem: AC unit upstairs wasn't blowing cool
Solution: Wendell was our the Technician, he was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. His diagnostic showed we needed to replace the Blowing motor. He quoted a reasonable motor. That fixed our AC but the air still was not cooling our upstairs. After Wendell did some investigations, he found that our Old Ducts in the Attic needed replacing. Wendel really worked hard for us today. Unfortunately, that will have to wait to be replaced until we replace the Old AC for New AmericanStandard AC with New Duct work. Makes more cost sense for us.

Again, We were so impressed with this company's professionalism, politeness, and efficiency. My husband and I are very satisfied. Wendel really worked hard for us today, thank you so much and God Bless.

Right when we are having extreme hit warnings, my A/C goes off. I was at a loss, it was late at night, I contacted several vendors on Yelp.
Super Service responded right away. I really liked how they send available times in a message and I picked a date/time and scheduled it few clicks.

In the morning they gave me a courtesy call, and sent me notifications when the technician was on his way.

My technician Wendall came just in time, was very polite and professional, answered all my questions, fixed what was broken. We also did a tuneup/cleaning of the units.

I'm just so glad that my A/C is working again! Thank you for the timely service!

Quick and fantastic customer service! 115+ degree temps and my tenant called to let me know the AC stopped blowing cold air. I called a number of companies, but Super Service was the only one who could get there today.

Trisha in the office was so kind, and our technician Anthony was excellent! I was given a 6-8pm window for the tech to show up, and he was there by 6:15 - diagnosed a failed capacitor and had it fixed within 30 minutes!

Being out of state, I'm so relieved to find an excellent HVAC repair service. Honest and very fair pricing. Will definitely use again when needed. Thank you Trisha and Anthony!!
