We've been using Super Service off and on for years, they've always been willing to work with our limited budget, keeping our original 2001 AC alive and giving great honest guidance along the way. We had Lorenzo out for an AC tune up who was fantastic, super great with the kids who were very interested in what he was doing and handled everything with ease. We're having them back out for a duct cleaning and expecting similar professionalism when we see them next! Highly recommend :)

Summer 2024 was awful in the Las Vegas Valley and my house felt every moment of it. I could not get it cooled down below 87 degrees and the AC would run all day just to maintain that. So this year I knew I needed to do something before it gets hot again. I started searching around and scheduled Super Service to come out and take a look. I was hoping for repairs but I ended up with a new unit entirely.

The first guy to come out (sorry bud I can't ember your name right now), took pics and diagnosed the issues. A coolant leak, a fan motor with burned out bearings and a few other things. They could have made the repairs but it would have been almost half the cost of a new unit. And I would still be stuck with a compressor that is almost 17 years old. That is a lot of wear and tear especially out here. So, new unit it is.

It was a Friday when the service call took place. It was Wednesday the following week that the new unit was installed. Not a bad turn around. The guys (Angel and his work partner) showed up in the morning and began disconnecting my old unit. They had to stand down for a bit waiting for the new unit to arrive. Then for the crane to arrive. The afternoon saw them lift off the old unit and lower into place the new. By around 4:00 PM I had a working unit that quickly cooled my house during the initial test run. Bring on the summer!

I did run into a a small issue one week after installation. The air came on for a few minutes and then I heard a bad rattling sound. I called and scheduled another service call. They sent someone (Dylan) out the next day. He looked at the unit and didn't see anything up there. What he did see was some tape and debris in the duct. Its possible and even likely that this is what caused the noise. It probably got sucked into the unit then settled back into the duct when I shut things down. Dylan got that out. So far no more bad sounds. Hopefully that does the trick.

Service has been pretty good. The call center is responsive. The technicians who have shown up (sorry I'm so bad with names) have all been very professional. They've worn covers over their shoes when they come inside. I'm fairly happy with the company in the few dealings I've had with them so far. A few minor little things (i.e. thermostat with dead batteries and hard to set, scheduled appointments being delayed) but overall, this has been a good company to deal with.

Very happy with the service. The company is very professional and helpful. They notified me that the technician Lorenzo was arriving closer to the end of the time slot we reserved. I also got a text message when he was on the way. Lorenzo showed me pictures of the damaged part (most likely the previous home owner trying to do it himself) and was able to quickly fix and explained how the pricing would work. This company waives the diagnostic fee if we choose for them to complete the service. My husband and I were already planning on getting the hvac tuned up, the rest of the house also needed some love, so their package fitted our needs perfectly. Thank you super service team

I've used this company many times. They've always been able to come out to your house the same day. Friendly people, and they will take the time to show you what is wrong with your AC. Highly recommend.

The Good: The service rep was friendly, prompt, courteous, appeared to be thorough in his inspection. He provided smartphone photos of issues he identified as potentially troublesome in the future.

The Concerning: 1) charged me over twice the online direct price for a compressor system component, 2) Did not have refrigerant available for refreshing a system although is a common annual service need - forced cost for another visit, 3) while promised electronically immediately, been waiting 2 weeks now for a visit receipt showing service provided and costs, 4) rep continually emphasized either of my compressors could fail at any time - insinuating new replacement needed.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: Today (03/26/2025) had a neutral HVAC service company inspect my systems - NO PROBLEMS NOTED!!
