Super Rooter Company is outstanding. They are fair and do great work. Our plumber, George, was very professional and courteous. We decided to remodel our bathroom and Super Rooter was the best quote.
We changed the location of our toilet and water heater, enlarged our shower, and bath tub. George worked with us to ensure we got everything right. We had problems when our water heater went out and George came right away to fix it. George stays til the job is done and done right.
Sylvia was always prompt and courteous. When ever we had a question, she tried to get the answer for us.

I highly recommend Super Rooter Company. I have a multi-unit apartment building in the West Hollywood area that was overdue for major main line repair (cracking, root intrusion, blockage, etc.). I have dealt with different plumbers for over 20 years. This company was recommended by apartment manager who had used them before with positive results. The problem with main line was diagnosed, I was shown film and given a rational explanation of the work that needed to be done, my questions and concerns were patiently addressed, and a fair price was agreed upon. The work involved a trenchless/liner/main line repair. They were professional and competent. Job successfully completed!

This Company has Professional Employees that go above and beyond the call of duties. Most people do not realize that they charge below most companies according to the job at hand.

*In the situation of (Albie L.) the Customer that left a one Star review, she does not get that a lot of companies vary in giving warranties and SuperRooter gave a 30 day warranty which is very reasonable. Albie's warranty ran well over her 30 days. Its unfortunate how most people don't realize that the drain problem isn't thoroughly cleared after we recommend our best ways to do so. Most people ask if it's cleared, we say yes, and they say ok, that's all we'll do for now. The pipe having offsets or roots are not their fault or the Plumbing companies fault. It NEEDS to be completely fixed not just cleared but people don't want more than just a cleaning.
