Needed a plumber urgently to fix a leak. Google turned up Super Rooter with good reviews. Saw that they were 24hrs and called right away. It was about 7:30pm when I called. Guy on the phone said they can be at my home in about an hour. Josue (the owner) showed up a little after 8pm and went promptly to work. Knew exactly what to do and was done in about 30min.

Can not give a review because after making an appointment they did not even show up for it. Nor did they give us a call to reschedule or answer our calls. Extremely unprofessional. We had to hire someone else.

Read the reviews. The common thread here is; called Jose, seemed nice, made an appointment, then....no show.
I guess it's a simple case of respecting the customers' time. ""We might have a life too""......thanks for nothing.

Showed up on time for appointment 8am, and got right to work. Professional and got the problem resolved. I'll call them again.

Made an appointment with Jose Sanchez - drove out 90 miles and left early in the morning to do so.

Not only didn't he show, but despite texts and phone calls, pleas to get in touch since i drove 90 miles - no calls, no communication whatsoever.

So my review is simple - look somewhere else, he and Super Rooter are not professional and cannot be counted on. If it's not good at the front end of a transaction, the work probably won't be either, or worse.

Super Rooter was referred from my Home Warrenty. The owner Jose came came to my house and told me everything needed to be done. We set up a date to have the work order done. One hour before he was supposed to be here he sent a text and let me know he wasn't coming, with no excuse as to why. We rescheduled the following week and again, one hour before his appointment he sent a text saying he wasn't coming because he did not have a worker to help unload the toilet from his car. I let him know I had someone here that could help him to unload it. I expressed to him that professionally I wish he would give more notice than one hour prior to being here. His response was, if I wasn't happy with him, then I should contact my Home Warrenty who referred him. I told him it had nothing to do with your service because I never used your company before, it was about professionalism when you contact a person to tell them you're canceling one hour twice. He said he would be coming but than Instead of doing just that, he contacted the my Home Warrenty And said that he wouldn't be able to come because he didn't have someone to help him unload the toilet. He simply lied, and this is the owner of the company. It was very disappointing, because he seemed like a good guy.

I can't give you an opinion on their service, since they didn't show up at our scheduled time, didn't call, and is not returning my calls. I had to call someone else who is prompt courteous and did the job.

Called Wednesday and was told someone would be at my home on Thursday @ 9:00am. No one showed up so I called several times during the day and no one returned my messages. I don't recommend!
