They said they could clean a drain, told us a time, couldn't keep that time and they asked to reschedule AT the time they were suppose to show up, then told us they did not do any outside plumbing. They never even showed up but they ended up calling me right before their rescheduled time they requested. I told them it was outside plumbing when I scheduled. The person who called me to cancel said he was the owner (Josua Sanchez on caller ID) and said his receptionist didn't know exactly what to say when scheduling appointments. I waited three days and now my parents yard is still flooded. He didn't seem to care.

Another no show review! I made an appointment with Jose and confirmed the appointment the day before he was to come. I waited all day long for him to show up and nothing. I left messages and no calls back. So disrespectful! I do not do business with people who are not there word. Now I know what he is like so I wouldn't trust his work even if he were to reach out to me now.

My kitchen disposal fell out of the sink with pipes disconnecting as well. Water and gunk flooded under the sink and into the kitchen on a Sunday, no less. I was in the middle of cooking for an event of course. I called Super Rooter as a second option when the first company promised me they'd be coming soon then called and cancelled until the next day. Ugh! Super Rooter answered the phone using a live person offered a free estimate, came within the promised time and discovered the problem and fixed it, cleaned out extra gunk in the disposal, tested it several times and solved my dilemma. Cost $125 which I feel is reasonable. Plumbers are licensed, professional and provide great customer service. Our plumber from now on!

I am so thankful for this company. I called numerous plumbers and was given an appointment over a week away. Super Rooter was able to come the next day. He was efficient, and extremely kind. I will definitely be using him again in the future!

TERRIBLE COMPANY! Ignore the review I left
On thumbtack. They agreed to come deal with my plumbing emergency today between 5-6pm. I said no to 2 other companies because they agreed to come. Then a few hours before being here, they had ""an emergency."" Now my sick family member here at home cant use the bathroom or sink. How do people operate business like this? When you make a promise to be somewhere, you keep your word to your customer. Really devastated. Took off work to be here tonight to meet them

Needed a plumber urgently to fix a leak. Google turned up Super Rooter with good reviews. Saw that they were 24hrs and called right away. It was about 7:30pm when I called. Guy on the phone said they can be at my home in about an hour. Josue (the owner) showed up a little after 8pm and went promptly to work. Knew exactly what to do and was done in about 30min.

Can not give a review because after making an appointment they did not even show up for it. Nor did they give us a call to reschedule or answer our calls. Extremely unprofessional. We had to hire someone else.

Read the reviews. The common thread here is; called Jose, seemed nice, made an appointment, then....no show.
I guess it's a simple case of respecting the customers' time. ""We might have a life too""......thanks for nothing.
