We had an issue where both our toilets stopped working at the same time. This was on a weekend at a business, and we needed immediate attention. We tried multiple plumbers, but all were booked up and could not get to us the same day. Super Rooter was able to get over within 30 minutes to figure out where the blockage was. It stemmed from the main pipe and needed heavier equipment, so they had the boss come out with bigger equipment and got it taken care of.

Nice guys, reasonable prices for emergency weekend service. We will use them again when plumbing needs arise.

On the day before Thanksgiving, I had the forth leak in 6 months under my manufactured home. The first 5 plumbers I called either didn't answer the phone or couldn't come for a week. Super Rooter not only answered the phone but sent someone out within 2 hours. They fixed the broken pipe right then, but charged about 1/2 what another plumber charged for fixing another leak only a month before.
By then I was ready for a whole house re-pipe as I had 4 leaks in the past 6 months and was really needing it to be done. Super rooter did the job in 5 days with minimal water shut off. They kept me updated at every step and were really nice guys. I would recommend them highly.

Had a plugged sewer pipe, initiated a call to Jacy and the response was super fast. His conclusion was that pipes had become offset at a joint and problem was likely to continue with root intrusion. He replaced the old pipe section and installed a new clean out, after which he ran the camera discovering more roots which required rooting out of more debris. His expertise is obvious, his efficiency his remarkable, and he stands by his word. Number one on my list from here on out!

Jacy (Super Rooter Plumbing) is exactly who/what you want in an independent plumber. He was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what was needed to unclog our ancient, kitchen sink drain, told us what it would cost, and made (at my request) recommendations for the future. For ten years I have a recurring tree root problem on my sewer line that requires a clean-out every 2-3 years. Because of that, I interviewed several ""rooter"" services. I decided on Jaycee (super rooter) because he was the smartest - knew his stuff, competent with repairs, fast to respond, no odd hour pricing, didn't oversell, etc. Others ""rooters"" quoted much higher prices without much benefit. (Yes, Jaycee recommended fixing the tree problem, but it's too expensive for my situation)

I have used Super Rooter/Jaycee probably three or four times (and I just called him after discovering it needs de-rooting again). He always responds immediately and is usually available within hours... even on holidays. Only once did I have a problem: he was in Brazil.

I recommend him over all others. He'll let you know if you're wasting your money or what's needed.
