Horrible Customer service over the phone, extremely unprofessiona...the lady actually ask me ""what do you want"", but the guy that came to do the diagnostic was nice. It doesn't make any sense why they would have someone come in to do the diagnostic on one day, but send their tech guy out 2 days later. I truly believe they were just trying to get the service fee from 2-10 home warranty. Looking for another warranty company ASAP! 2-10 is just as horrible.

I had them in on my home warranty and they claimed that the leak on my kitchen sink trap was due to improper installation of the compression fittings which was not covered under the warranty. They then tried to get me to pay for a $300 fixed price service call. After much negotiation that $300 was way too much for two compression fittings, they agreed to $225 which is still insane. The next day their repair was leaking and after the better part of the day trying to reach Super Rooter and checking with T-Mobile to make sure that the phone problem wasn't on my end, we gave up and called our credit union which charged us $35 to put a stop on the check. So today I get a call from Super Rooter saying that we didn't give them a chance to correct the problem - not true we tried the better part of the day reach them. Then the manager on the phone said that it was true that their phones were down but that we still owed for the service call and that they were going to call 210 home warranty and have our policy cancelled and put a lean on our house. I said that was ridiculous and to please forward the certified letter to my attorney. Please do not do business with Super Rooter.

If there was an option to pick a NEGATIVE star, I would do it ... Please save yourself a lot of frustration and do not use this company. They were the contractor sent by 2-10 Home Warranty to replace a water heater. The same ""plumber"" greeting mentioned by another reviewer was used when I placed a call to them regarding the appointment - rather unprofessional. Even though I said the water heater was dripping, the best they could do was come 4 days later. After an additional 24 hours, when the drip had become significantly more, I called 2-10, who then called Super Rooter ... lo and behold they had an opening between 4 and 6 p.m. the next day. (Wonder why that time wasn't available to begin with?)

The plumber arrive at our property 2.5 hours late ... it was 8:30 p.,m. He looked at the water heater, stated ""It's 12 years old and needs to be replaced. It could be pricey."" Then he left the house to make a call to 2-10. Total time of assessment was literally about 90 seconds. When he came back in, he said the warranty claim had been denied because the ""water heater hadn't been maintained"" and if we had some ""proof that it had been serviced, maybe they will honor your claim."" Now the amount of time the plumber had spent on the job was up to about 4 minutes ... seriously.

Because the plumber did NOTHING, we did not pay the $100 warranty policy deductible.
Within 15 minutes, a man who did not give his name, but identified himself as a ""supervisor"" with Super Rooter called. Our daughter answered (the only one home at the time) and the guy proceeded to literally yell at her, and to say that the police were on their way to collect the money, and that she would be arrested if she didn't pay. She was terrified and in tears when she got ahold of us to let us know what was happening.

We returned the call to the supervisor, but after trying to talk with him, ended up hanging up because he was over-the-edge out of control and so abusive on the phone.

We contacted 2-10 Warranty directly and were told that it had not been them that said the water heater had not been maintained - it was the PLUMBER who stated that the claim should not be honored because the water heater hadn't been serviced. How in the world would he know that, after looking at it for 90 seconds?? We could only surmise that since it was late in the evening, the guy didn't want to do the repair - he simply wanted to collect the service fee and leave us with nothing. Our guess is that's why he lied to 2-10 ... why else would he have had to leave the house to make the call to them?

Additional follow up with 2-10 the next day resulted in them assigning a different plumber to do the repair.

This contractor is now at the top of our list for worst customer experience ever, and we've been around for a while and as business owners have dealt with all kinds of service providers/vendors in the past.

Do not use Super Rooter. Period.

No show yesterday, rescheduled for today between 12-2p. I called at 1:45 to find out if they're still coming. Unprofessional on the phone, they answer the phone 'plumbers'. Running late due to other jobs... I'm nervous about them working on my house! Unfortunately with our crappy 2-10 home warranty we're stuck with them.

Very bad service. They were sent out by home warranty company who obviously hires the cheapest plumbers possible. Two plumbers spent 4 hours trying to figure out bathtub leak and after all the BS they never fixed anything. In fact after they left I noticed one of them shoved the toilet over a few inches causing to to start leaking. Also showed up 1.5 hours late. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Ditto above !! worst plumbing company I have dealt with in 30 years of rehabbing houses! dishonest and terrible plumbers- installed a hot water heater improperly and would not come back. Added unnecessary charges-- do NOT believe their cheap prices !! they will make you pay in so many ways-- had to get some one to correct what they did !! Jerks on top of that !!

Super Rooter installed 3 toilets, 4 bathroom faucets, 1 kitchen faucet, 5 traps, 1 refrigerator water line, which leaked and ruined my wood/tile floor Super Rooter who call themselves the pros at super rooter (what a joke), installed 3 new toilets, 4 new bathroom faucets, 1 new kitchen faucet, as well as all new steel braided lines and quarter turn valves for all of the above. They also installed 5 new traps, which I asked them to do. While working they noticed that my water/ice maker line that hooks up to the refrigerator came straight up through the floor from the basement. They recommended that I install a water/ice maker box in the wall. They said it would be better to have a shut off valve there, instead of having to go down to the basement to shut off the water, if I had a leak. They also said it would look better. I agreed to have it installed. They charged me an additional $93.00 for the box to be installed on top of the $672 I was paying for the other work. They completed the work and said there were no leaks. I told the technichian I would be out of town for the next 6 days and needed to make sure all the work he had done was in fact leak free. He assured me I had nothing to worry about. I then payed him, and was asked to make out the check to Ashley Lovato, not Super Rooter, for the amount of $765.00. That should have been my first clue these plumbers were not professional at all. My fault for trusting him, I guess. I then asked about the warranty and he assured me I had a 1 year gurantee on all work he had done. Which in fact was a total LIE! He was then off to another job. After he left I got soap out form under my kitchen sink and noticed the valve he put in for my dishwasher was leaking. I phoned him immediately and he told me he was already on I25 and half way to his next job. He asked me if I could just tighten the valve and stop the leak so he would not half to come back. Another clue, that these guys should not be in business and don't even want to honor there work 30 mins prior to completion of a job. So the next morning I went on my trip and when I returned 6 days later found my new wood kitchen floor ruined form water damage, as well as 3, 18' tiles lifted up an eigth of an inch in my dining room. I looked for the water source immediately and found the water/ice maker line leaking inside the wall. I immediately phoned the so called pros and they told me they would phone me first thing in the morning. Of course no call, so I called them again, they said they would call back and set up an oppointment for the very next day. I told them I had shut of my water so I would not incurr any more damage and would be without water for a day. They promissed they would get to me first thing in the morning around 9am and they would send the same technician, who did the prevous work so he could look at the floor. Waited till 11am and called back again, due to no call, no show. Of course they said they got caught up on another job and would phone me as soon as they got a chance. Of course no call again and when I tried to call back nothing but voice mail. They dodged me until I used a friends phone, once again we will get back to you in the next hour to come fix your leak and look at your damage. Once again no call, I was fed up and tired of no water for 3 days, so I fixed the leak myself. I then phoned them from my work phone 2 days later, because they would'nt answer my phone. Of course they anwsered right away. Well now they said they were really busy and going to take care of me, wanted pictures of the floor and after looking at them would call me right back, well you can guess what happpened next. NO CALL again. They now blocked my work phone. So I texted them that I was going to report them as well as go after them in court. So now I am stuck paying for all my repairs, due to there shoty workmanship. After all what plumbing company can call themselves plumbers, let alone pros, who cannot even hook up a basic water/ice maker box without causing $2000.00 in damages. These guys should not be in business, there written gurantee means nothing.

Worst service ever!
Showed up late, disappeared during and never successfully cleaned my main sewer line.
Flooded my basement with sewage, used inferior equipment and made a giant mess which I had to clean.
Came back the next day and got drain to flow, charging extra for ""heavy"" root removal.
Worked OK until we did laundry, then backed up again.
I called to schedule a warranty job and 3 straight times they no-showed.
Totally unprofessional.
I guess that's what I get for going with the cheapest guys on Craigslist.
