Avoid at all costs. We did not choose this company, our Home Warranty Company did. One of our toilets was running, so Super Plumbers sent a tech out. The tech said they had to order parts because our existing Jacuzzi system needed to be completely replaced. They cancelled their subsequent service appointment because they told us they ordered the wrong parts. When they finally did come back out, the tech said it was fixed and left. The first time we went to flush the toilet, same problem. We called Super Plumbers back and were told that they do not guarantee their work.

The a/c and bathroom upstairs were leaking somehow into the downstairs living room.
On two occasions a guy showed up with a very distasteful attitude, very arrogant and rude and was present maybe 5-10 min max to fix an issue. He blamed the issue on other things after he claimed he fixed it and was less than helpful or willing to do his job. I had never heard of the company before and I can understand why. There was no a choice of company as it was home warranty but I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting quality service

i have used super plumbers many times over the years and have always been pleased with their service. HOWEVER, today I felt like I was taken advantage of. I was charged $170 for a 5 minute service call to relight my pilot light on my hot water heater. It would have been $200 but they were offering $25 service call fee instead of $50 for returning customers. I'm guessing that was the easiest and quickest $170 they've earned all month. You're welcome super plumbers.

The extreme weather conditions that occurred in February left our home damaged with some pipes breaking. We were so delighted with the fast and meticulous work they provided! These guys not only answered to our call but with in a hour they came to fix the problem, they were patient and very knowledgeable! They worked in a timely manner and made sure everything was working properly, we truly enjoyed working with Adam and Brandon! Thank you so much guys!

The receptionist who booked us said we would not be charged a trip charge if we accepted their bid. This entire experience turned out to problematic. We had a 3:00 appointment in Henderson ( 40 minutes from us) they were courteous enough to call that they were running behind and rescheduled us for 4:30. We arrived at 4:25 and they were there. The boss said they waited on us 45 minutes. We came at the time they told us, also they had a key to get inside to see what needed to be done. They 2 plumbers were courteous and seemed knowledgeable. The repairs required they cutting into the exterior siding, and we had already agreed to do the repairs for putting it back together. They took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get the job finished, and it all seemed good. Apparently there was some miscommunication about their " bid" between the plumber and my husband, I did not hear it. They stuck us for $750. My husband paid it first and then signed the invoice.He didn't want to cause a stink, but decided to contact the owner to discuss the excessive charge. The receptionist would not give me his number,so I contacted the state board that regulates plumbers. She said they are required to itemize the bill, which was not done. The owner said she was wrong. They agreed to reimburse us the $75.00 trip fee. I'm in construction and I know the rates in Tyler. This was highway robbery and we feel taken advantage of. Lesson learned! I'll never use them again or any plumbers that charge a flat rate. They have to bid it high when they haven't gotten into the work. It's a guessing game for them . They should change their name to $$$uper Plumber$$$$. The owner basically said the price stayed the same... so you keep our money and enjoy your first and last experience with us. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me. I should have known better when I was told a flat rate and a$75 fee to even bid it. I wish I had seen all the reviews on here first. Use someone who charges an hourly and itemizes material costs. Stay away from this company. I've contacted the board again to see if I have any recourse. The board does not regulate fees or rates, so we probably are on the losing end.

My garbage disposal was not working and after a month of me trying to fix it I gave up. They arrived and in no time they fixed the issue. This is about the 3rd time I have used them. All different issues. Every time they are the nicest and courteous experts I expect.

Called Super Plumbers to fix a clogged sink. After $700+ the sink still would not drain. They tell me they will have to bust up slab for $1800 to $2500 and there is no other way to fix it. They tell me they understand if I want to get a second opinion and if any other plumber can fix it they will reimburse my bill. Well ... I called another company and you guessed it, they unclogged it. Their bill was around $500, no slab busting. Called Super Plumbers back about the reimbursement and now they are saying I'm trying to extort money from them by going online with my complaints (I swear I'm not making that up). Call it what you will ... my experience was not so SUPER!

I had no luck with Super Plumbers. They were called by the home warranty co. Adam came out and could not find the clean out so I had to pay $250 for him to pull the toilet to clean the sewer line. There were women and children living in the house and had waited for two days without plumbing for super plumbers to get there. I told Adam to do what ever he needed and to call me when he was finished. The next morning I was called by the tenants and told it still wasn't draining. I called Adam he gave a bunch of excuses and told me he wasn't going to stand behind his work. I called my regular plumber. He found the cleanout in just a few minutes and cleaned the sewer line for about the same money as I had already paid Super Plumbers to not do the job. Super Plumbers was a waste of time and money. Just call a reputable plumber. They too attacked me because I was upset that they left the job undone and didn't call to tell me they didn't do the repair and just left the house full of women and children with no plumbing.
