I had a water heater that was leaking from the T&P valve (outside on the side of water heater). I called on Sunday evening at 430pm and the person answered the phone call and immediately guided me on how to operate the valve so it would stop leaking.

I had been emptying buckets of water into my frontyard for last 1 hr to stop it from flooding my garage.

The person (forgot to take name) was happy to help me and warned me about what to watch out for next. Thanks very much!

Alex to the rescue again, our hot water heater was leaking. Within a day, he managed to come by and replace it with a brand-new Bradford White.

As always, Alex arrived on time, completed all work within 2 hours and cleaned-up. Quality job!

I highly recommend Alex and his awesome service! Our toilet backed up in a bad way late afternoon on a Saturday. We called Alex and he was able to come over quickly, assess the situation and find a solution. Apparently blocked toilet pipes don't necessarily have straight forward solutions. After some brain storming Alex figured out a way to solve the problem, ran out for supplies and had the toilet flowing again within a few hours. Next time we need a plumber we will be calling Alex!

First thing Saturday morning my toilets were not draining so needed someone to clear the line. Called Super Plumber Rooter and got a response to my voice-mail right away, received a reasonable estimate and he arrived within an hour. Jaime was very courteous, polite, professional and wore a mask the entire time. The clean-out was full of water but he was finally able to clear the main line and showed me the cause of the problem (paper towels!!). Highly recommend this business!!

The plumber is very helpful. Easy to quote, reasonable price very skillful?patient and nice guy. He stopped twice to fix my toilet which is a very old one and keep on flushing automatically. The toilet is hard to diagnosis, but he can find the problem and fix. I highly recommend him!

Came on short notice and early. We had a leak on an old heater we don't plan to keep. He proposed a fix that was even cheaper than his original quote. Would definitely call again if we run into water heater issue again.

Got a water heater not heating up on a late Friday afternoon. Pilot light was out and could not be re-lot. Alex came out right away to look at the problem. But he was not able to fix the problem since he doesn't replace thermal couple. I was surprised. Instead, he suggested replacing a new water heater. I have dealt with 20+ water heaters. It's 2011 but it's not time yet. I ended up hiring someone else to replace this part for $165 vs spending $1500 for a new unit. Nice guy though.
