We had our sewer line explode with effluent (feces and TP all over the lawn), it was clear that this was a job beyond the capability of me and my liquid plumber and Home Depot hand-crank snake. It was Saturday night and the prospects were grim (what do you do, take the family on potty trips to Safeway... that's a good way to earn an ""F"" as a husband). Super Plumber (secret identity Alex) was the closest to us that was available 24 hours. I called him and he said he would be there within the hour (wait what? not tomorrow between 8 AM and 2 PM?!?) Alex was prompt, assessed the situation (clog on the sewer line) and said that he would have it fixed in 20 minutes. He whipped out his impressively large snake (ha) and ran it through twice just to be sure there was no remaining obstruction. Overall, super responsive, super fast, super professional, and super reasonable price (considering it was Saturday night!)... I guess he is the Super Plumber.

Definitely do not hesitate to call him for your plumbing needs!

I had some moisture in the outside wall near some water pipe. Called Alex and he came as promised. Did not find a water leak but he saw my ceiling was water damaged. We scheduled and he returned two days later and diagnosed and fixed my leaky toilet.

Alex was great. He had an opening the next day we called and came out to clear the kitchen drain. Very professional with mask, gloves and shoe booties to protect our floors. He went with the smaller drain snake option to start but when it wasn't good enough switches to the larger roller drain snake. Rolled out a mat to make so no stains from the wheels were on the floors. Did a clean up afterwards to make sure any drips and spills were gone. Price matched quoted price, no up charges or add on fees. I would recommend.

I had a water heater that was leaking from the T&P valve (outside on the side of water heater). I called on Sunday evening at 430pm and the person answered the phone call and immediately guided me on how to operate the valve so it would stop leaking.

I had been emptying buckets of water into my frontyard for last 1 hr to stop it from flooding my garage.

Alex to the rescue again, our hot water heater was leaking. Within a day, he managed to come by and replace it with a brand-new Bradford White.
