I was raised in group homes throughout NY.
When I arrived here, I started the trade at the age of 15.
Trenching and laying wastewater systems, water distribution systems, and gas lines.
Soon after, I was driving my own service truck.
After that, I quickly advanced in the trade, filling all necessary roles.
I revisited school to gain knowledge needed to advance.
I fought hard to be where I am today and I continue to strive.
