I called them for a pipe leak and they charged 950! First 1150, then reduced it. Then they made some mistake on the card and blamed me after a week. They took the wrong amex cvv. They knew they overcharged. So they refused to send me pictures or answer questions about the pipe location. The plumber promised he will send later and when I followed up, the office was extremely rude and asked me why I let the plumber go without sending the pics I needed for my insurance claim and take his word for it!

I was shocked when Bill, Super Plumber's owner, picked up on his mobile phone while at dinner with his family and talked me through diagnosing the issue over the phone.
Based on his years of experience as a third-generation plumber, he analyzed the facts while talking to me and put together a plan to get my hot water heater up and running again. He referred me to another contractor he'd worked with before to address the root cause of the problem and followed up with texts and calls to make sure things were moving along as expected. Unlike a lot of the other contractors I've engaged in the past, Bill taught me a thing or two and took responsibility for helping me navigate through the issue with the hot water heater. He's got my business for life.

Really one of the best in the business. Had a fairly tricky water main supply line that needed replacement. Thought it would break the bank but he did it for a very reasonable price with a minimal amount of damage to my driveway. Things were definitely not perfect, but they did fulfill their work. There was confusion on what initial water tank to work on for a multi family unit. They came back and took care of the hot water.

This company is very unprofessional. They didn't show up TWICE, and then took it upon themselves to show up days later. To make things worse, they then tried to scam me out of a deposit. A dishonest company!
