Excellent Plumber! Super Duper Pros has restored my confidence in skilled labor & plumbers as a whole. This Company went above & beyond the call of service. Alex was on time, had great communication skills. He replaced my garbage disposal in a very timley manner. He kept the area neat & clean. He even replaced the stuff I removed under the sink back in place for me. Super Duper Pros may have a peculiar phone voice answering service, but they are truly Honest, hard working & competitively priced to do any plumbing or duct work in your home or business. I won't hesitate to call them back & I would highly recommend that you call them for your next plumbing job as well! You won't be disappointed!

Technician Alex Vincent, was not knowledgeable, tried reaping me by asking me to pay $450 out of pocket in addition to my $60 copay and $175 labor and parts approved by Select Home Warranty. At first visit he told me the total cost of parts and labor was $800. He requested approval from Select Home Warranty to install air gap. Upon approval, he called me and asked me to pay additional discounted amount $450, but when he was caught by Select Home Warranty Customer Service, he agreed to complete the job at a ""loss"" according to him. Air gap was not installed, he finished the job in four visits by snaking it. He did not have the tools -such as professional snake (He had a Home Depot snake in the second visit); third visit he called another technician who brought in a 75 ft snake. It took him 4 visits to finish the job. He was always late for the four visits. NEVER USE THIS GUY..he is incompetent and dishonest.
