Our water heater went out in July, it is now a week before Thanksgiving. Our home warranty company got super drain to come out to give us a quote to replace it. Our water heater is outside unfortunately and we knew we would need an enclosure for it. It took two months but Super drain finally quoted us $1,700 for a small enclosure that our warranty wouldn't cover. We were given the option to build it ourselves and they would bring out and inspector to make sure it was up to code so they could place the new water heater. Fast forward, we built an enclosure with family contractors. We called to let super drain know so they could get someone out here to inspect it and then they told us we did not need the inspection prior to placement and they would come out and place the heater. When the day came around that they were supposed to come out, they never showed up. We called and they gave us an excuse as to why and rescheduled us for another day. This same thing happened about two or three more times. Last week they were supposed to come out and we had to have a family member take off to be there because we couldn't. They didn't show up again so we called and they said they had us scheduled for the following day but we were told a different day. Finally they scheduled us for today, as expected they didn't show up again! We called and were told that now they want an inspector out and can't do it until tomorrow. A few hours go by and we call again, we are then informed that they are refusing to come out at all due to not getting and inspector out prior to and that we built is ourselves. I called back and spoke with Juan A. the company owner. He was very rude and would not let me talk and he was raising his voice with me stating that we went against what he said and built it on our own and that he is not coming out at all now because we didn't let him build the structure. He then hung up on me without another word. Prior to speaking with Juan I was in the phone with the lovely scheduler/receptionist though I cannot remember her name. She was a doll and was very loving and understanding. She had apologized to me because she was being told different things by Juan and that he keeps changing his mind on the situation. Poor girl had to not allow Juan to leave so that he could handle his mess because she has been trying to for the past 4 months. I would not recommend this company at all due to Juan.

This is the third stellar review for Super Drain. I needed them twice in a month for 2 different problems. Every tech that comes is professional and they have all been super nice people. Juan the owner knows how to pick good guys. Thank you Super Drain!

I had the best experience with Super Drain company. I had called Parker & son for an estimate on installing a hot water heater they quoted me$1433. Even with me buying the water heater myself and having it delivered. I called super drain they came out gave me an estimate that was much less than Parker & son's quote. Super Drain installed the water heater explained everything what they needed to do and the worker were very friendly and professional I am a fan of this company and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Super Drain for saving me money.

I called Super Drain on 1-15-19 to schedule a free estimate for drain repair after seeing an ad on the side of a service truck in Tucson, and got a call back from Erica on 1-16-19 to schedule a visit for the estimate. I explained that the drain was extremely slow and had been snaked unsuccessfully, and I was looking strictly for a free estimate of what it would cost to repair it. The technician, Brian, arrived on 1-18-19 and I repeated that a plumber had unsuccessfully snaked it (I had paid $55 and said there was a problem with the pipe, and that I was looking for just a free estimate of what it would cost to repair the pipe. After using a plunger on the the sink, he went to get a snake and then another one and eventually made the same determination. As he went back to his truck, he appeared to be making some phone calls. He said that the problem appeared to be a collapsed pipe and estimated that it would cost $250 to diagnose the problem with a camera, and $3500 to make a spot repair. I thanked him for his estimate and told him that I would need to discuss the matter with my wife. After collecting his equipment, he returned from the truck with what appeared to be an invoice which had the two estimates written on it as recommendations with the prices he had quoted. There was no box checked and no charge listed in the payment column. He asked me to sign to acknowledge receipt of the estimate, which I did. Afterwards, he said he wanted to collect $139 dollars for ""running line."" I told him that I had only scheduled a free estimate, and had never authorized any service to be performed. It had seemed the whole time he was investigating the pipe to discover where the problem was as a means of giving me an accurate estimate. He then said that I should've just assumed that he was going to charge me when he went to get his snake. Then, apparently recognizing that this was unreasonable, he said ""well, can I collect something?"" and suggested $99. I repeated that I had not authorized anything other than the free estimate and said that of course if he had somehow fixed it in the course of doing his diagnosis for the estimate I might be willing to give him something as a thank you. I asked him to make a notation on the paper I had just signed making it clear that this was a free estimate and that I had not authorized the services mentioned, such as the $3500 repair, and asked for my copy of the form. He then refused to make that notation but added a $139 charge in the payment column on the already signed form. He then handed me the altered copy and said he would mark me for nonpayment. I then called Erica and explained that I found it very upsetting that my free estimate visit had turned into an unauthorized charge for $139, added on a falsified form after I had signed it. She acknowledge that that was not OK and said she would talk with her boss about making it right. She then return to the phone and said 'how about $99' since he had ""run pipe."" I reiterated that I thought that was not acceptable since at no time had I seen or been told or agreed to any estimate or any service to be performed. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said he would return my call. A man named Juan did on 1-22, and left me a voicemail saying he was going to put a $600 lien on my house in addition to the $139 if I didn't pay it immediately. This seems extremely unethical and deceptive, and I can't believe it is legal for a company to perform unauthorized work under the pretense of doing a free estimate, then trick a customer into signing a form with no charges noted, and then falsifying that form after the fact by adding a charge, and then using it to threaten the customer with potential liens into paying that amount.

Super Drain definitely was not SUPER. They came to repair a slab leak in our shower. We now have to redo the horrible work performed by their repairmen (at a huge additional cost). This company put a shower enclosure that was too big in the space which caused numerous cracks in the unit. They tried to hide the cracks with caulk so we wouldn't notice. We did not see the cracks or notice they also cracked our medicine cabinet until AFTER we had paid & the crew left. Immediately we stopped the credit card payment and called Super Drain. The fact that they tried to hide a sloppy job was enough for us not to want them back.

We are now in the process of having their work redone. As the new company is removing the enclosure we discover Super Drain had installed it directly over studs with no drywall or backerboard. They also did not replace any of the cement they originally jackhammered out; leaving a big hole of dirt around the drain causing our shower pan to feel uneven & squishy.

Use this company at your own risk. I can't believe they have such good reviews.

I wish I could give them a zero for all of these ratings because that is what they gave me when they came in to help at my home. Not only did the repair man reek of smoke and leave the entire area smelling but he charged me $120 for a snake line which ended up causing me more problems and more money since he did not understand the situation. Appliances that i could not move back myself were left. I asked for my money back and what met with a rude manager who took the side of his repairmen. Save yourself the money, the work and the hardship- go somewhere else.

Outstanding customer experience. The septic tank and plumbing in our older home were completely congested. Edward, came by, each time promptly. In addition to solving our problem (s), he was professional, clean and communicated each step of the process thoroughly. The interaction was superior. Additionally, the cost was very reasonable. We have this company saved in our phones!

Fantastic company had a clogged drain that a normal snake couldn't get so I called them and they promptly arrived within the timeframe they said they would come at. The moment Henry came he got right to work and our problem was solved he even told how far the clog was in.

Price is super reasonable would recommend and use again.

Juan and his team are amazing. They will get out as quickly as possible and will get that job done right the first time out. I work for a Home Warranty company and our customers love this company. We have never had a complaint.
