So I thought I had a water line leak between my meter and house. Dave and Josh came out promptly, tromped around on the hill, inspected the meter and suggested a leak inspection service that ""could find the problem for less cost than them digging around"". The service, however, couldn't come for a week, so I did my own forensics, only to find it was actually a cracked PVC joint in my sprinkling system. I called Dave back to get info to pay for his coming out to my house with his son, and he insisted that he could not charge me in good conscience for ""doing nothing"", despite my noting his gas and time. He just asked for a chance to serve us if we ever had a problem, so I'm passing on this experience for all to put in their contact list for East Bay needs. A rare breed.

This guy is the real deal. I've heard the nickname as ""The last honest plumber!"" And I can confirm that. Not only has he provided me with great service at my house, he's provided wonderful service to my list of clients as well. Solid man him and his son. Carry on!
