To be honest I feel ashamed. Haven't had my tankless water hater ever serviced. For eight long years it want loved or cleaned or ""flushed."" Dave's team came to the rescue and serviced my tankless water heater. Can't thank them enough for their promptness and wearing masks, gloves and booties while working in my house. I really can't recommend a better plumber then them. Oh and they come back the next day to work out a possibly related issue to the hot water heater for no charge!

When I say that this was the best customer service I've ever experienced please believe that I mean it!!! I had an emergency flood in my kitchen coming from my sink I called the first company that popped up on my Google. They showed up in less than an hour I'm not even sure I think it was 30 minutes. Marc came in with fresh new gloves on, booties over his shoes (brand new booties), and a new facemask on! nothing that he had on looked old or used. Which put my mind at ease since we are going through this global pandemic (COVID-19). He explained everything that was wrong before he started even working on my sink so that I can know what was going to happen. He came with a water vacuum which made life much easier because I was afraid that the plumber will come in and pour the contaminated water into my bathtub or toilet. So I was really happy about that when I saw the water vacuum. Also he came with industrial blankets to lay all over my floors so it didn't make a mess while he was removing my pipes so that he can remove the clog from under my sink. That was so wonderful because I hate when I have to clean a big mess after the plumbers leave. Not only that he cleaned my sink under and above he organize the things that I had underneath so neatly because honestly it was a mess before he came so I'm very thankful for that! He took very detailed pictures, I got a very detailed receipt, so that I can submit it to my landlord which is great for record keeping. My receipt included all the pictures before and after. This will forever be my plumbing company from now on and I will recommend it to all my friends and family they are great to say the least! This was the most easiest and delightful plumbing issue I've ever had in my life thank you so much Marc for everything!!!!!!

Again, I found myself, a senior damsel, in distress. I hate those little
mesh things that cover the older dra of my vanity sink. I had it out when I
took off my favorite gold pendant and chain. Then didn't I knock it off
the vanity tiles, only to watch the pendant and chain slip right down
the uncovered drain. I got a flashlight, and there down inside the drain, down that little drain opening, I could see my precious pendant still on the chain shining back at me. How to get it out. Bent a wire hanger and
tried and tried. Didn't do a thing. I fell into a funk but then I remembered how Dave of Super Dave's Plumbing & Rooter came to my rescue when
the commode in my new apartment, late at night, raining like hell, would not respond to my plunger when it got plugged up. The only plumber who could make it to my place in the least time, at a reasonable charge? Dave. He arrived within 40 minutes, and within no time had the commode working just fine. So this time, I texted
Dave who responded right away to my little dilemma. Dave made time for me after a big job he worked on today, came and within minutes, got my pendant out of the drain, washed it clean, handed it to me.
Both times Dave quoted me a price I could afford. Plus I have my
mother's gold pendant and chain back safe and sound, a plug for the sink too. Whew! Saved by The Dave again. Dave, professional, friendly, kind. Thanks, Dave.

So happy to have finally found a great plumber!!! Dave's awesome service is by far the best I have experienced in the 10 years we have lived here and I have been through so many. He came the same day, took care of our backed up sink line, went above and beyond to pressure wash the line for us to get everything completely clear at no additional fee. Called a couple different plumbers to come for a simple job of fixing my backed up toilet.

Not only did he give me a fair fee, but he also tested my pressure regulator valve since we have low pressure.

I was disappointed with my experience with the responsiveness with Super Dave. We recently purchased a home with work done in October 2019 by Super Dave's team for the sewer line and it was leaking prior to us moving in. He initially came out in middle of December 2019 and said it should be no problem for him to fix it. After many times to make contact, he did not respond over email / voicemails left until early January 2020 and again said he would come out and it would be a quick job. It is towards the end of January 2020 now and I have not received any contact. I cannot testify to his quality of work (based off the reviews it is very good), but as to his responsiveness I have been left very disappointed. I wanted to provide this review to let others know of my experience.
