Dealing with Sears was a complete Nightmare! I bought a Hot water heater from Sears (there is a large backstory of how bad the expierience with sears was, but im not reviewing them!)I saw his company on Facebook, And hired Super mario plumbing to install for $250. .. Dima showed up and installed the heater with ease, before leaving he did a quality check to ensure no leaks.He spotted a very small bead of water coming from the relief valve and showed me there was a problem, I contacted sears and told them there was a manufacturer defect..Dima tested the threads by screwing in a brand new pipe, the threads were immiediatly ruined, I contacted sears for a replacement , they sent out there own technician who performed the same test with a new pipe, he got the same results , the water heater was defective! He tells me that Sears will drop one off later...they never showed! The next day, they finally arrived and gave ne a brand new one...Dima showed great integrity when he told me that if they didn't install it, he would come back and do it for me with no extra charge ! After Sears technician left, I immediately noticed that the copper pipe to the over flow valve was not connected, I had no way to contact the guy who just left , and sears automated system sucks! So I contacted Dima, and true to his word he came over promptly and fixed the problem ! I am satisfied customer and would recommend/use his company again ...

I had Dimas install my water softener after coming across a craigslist ad and reading reviews about his service. He was able to give me a quote over the phone given the information that I provided. I didn't have deal with the inconvience of other plumbers scheduling a visit for an estimate. He offered me the lowest price, arrived on time and did an excellent job.

What I liked about his service the most was the education he provided. He tested the hardness of my water, explained the process of water softening and instructed me on how to operate the sofener without me having to read the manual. You definitely get a sense that he tries to help his customer save because he recommended me a good softener that is currently on sale and where to buy your salt.

If you looking for a good honest plumber who is also friendly and punctual, I definitely recommend him. He will be my guy for my future plumbing needs.

After doing a lot of DIY work in my first purchased home I had a leak under the kitchen sink that I couldn't deal with. I called Super Mario and Dimitar answered right away. I told him the issue and he said he was on his way to another job but was near me and could be there 15 minutes. He fixed the leak in 20 minutes, replaced another cracked connector that I hadn't even mentioned and charged me an incredibly fair fee. Super Mario is now programed into my phone, I'm a customer for life! Such great service!!

I highly recommend this company. I just moved into a new construction home in Elk Grove where the water is very hard so I had them install a water softener for my entire house and I'm extremely satisfied with their service. Veema (I know I'm misspelling his name) came out and gave me a quote about 45 minutes after I called him and was very thorough. He went over multiple options for installation and his knowledge and experience was evident. Their price is unbeatable and the service is top notch. Veema went above and beyond and if I ever need any help with plumbing I'm calling super Mario plumbing!

Amazing company and excellent work. I can see how they got their name. They are super! I was able to get an appointment quickly. They showed up on time and answered all my questions (and I tend to ask a lot of questions). They gave me options on how to handle the project which I really appreciated. The entire project was handled quickly and efficiently. After the first project, I asked them to come back and take care of another one. He was going to be a few minutes late due to traffic so he called to let me know. I will never use anyone else. You will not be disappointed! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

What a delight! I needed a gas water installed. I had three other estimates which included an explanation of work to be done. All three estimates were over-the-moon expensive. Super Mario (and I do mean Super!) not only met the required work to be done and the appropriate county permit but did an excellent job for me and his prices are very reasonable. Even the county inspector was impressed!

Bought a 60 years old house in East Sac. Tenant will move-in in 5 days. Need to fix some code violations according to the home inspection report. Called Dima( owner ), he showed up the same day and gave me the estimation for the tankless water heater and repipe the whole house with copper pipes. Finished all the jobs within 4 days with permits and passed the city inspection. Great Job!

These guys were great! I must admit I called because of the name and ended up getting great service! They came over to the house, fixed my toilet right away, even had extra parts that I didn't need to go out and buy! In and out in about 30 min. and very, very affordable!

Great service. No complaints. Came out and replaced water heater same day. Called around and everyone was over charging but Super Mario gave a great price.
