Super brothers was the second plumbing company to come out and look at our water heater. The company threw up their hands and said they didn't know what was wrong. Dema came out and worked with the manufacturer to get our tankless heater fixed. He also Diagnosed a problem with the PG&E regulator and the gas flow coming into the house. The amount of time he took in solving our problem was really appreciated. They were professional and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.

I was recommended to Super Brothers from Navien, the manufacturer of our tankless Water Heater. They are super helpful over the phone, and service went well. The service members are professional, and they are careful and efficient with their work. Prices are transparent as they send you invoices, quotes, etc. Diagnostics will cost $195, but $95 of that amount can be credited towards the repair/service. You will want to check with your manufacturer to better understand the warranty services. For example, with Navien they provide parts and labor. The parts are sent to the contractor (in this case, Super Brothers), but labor has to be filed as a claim, so you will need to pay upfront first. Thank you Super Brothers!

I called Super Brothers Plumbing after hours about a leak in the crawl space to my bathtub. They promptly returned my call the next morning and scheduled a plumber for the afternoon. Dimetra arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, and stabilized the situation. He explained the repair options, given the special German faucets installed by the previous owner, and provided a very reasonable quote.

The next day, I found alternate faucets, which Dimetra confirmed would work. He returned with a team member, covered the work area, and replaced the old faucets. When we discovered the bathtub deck was thicker than standard, Dimetra clearly guided me through the options of either finding suitable faucets or reducing the deck thickness.

Unfortunately once the old faucets were removed the bathtub decking was visible and we realized the deck was far thicker than the Standard faucet neck. Dima once again guided me to course of action of either looking for faucets with the spec that would fit or he could reduce the deck thickness. I asked him to give me time so I can check with Rubenstein's a plumbing supplies specialist in south San Jose to see if they have something in stock. It works out they didn't and any order would require 3-4 weeks lead time.

So I called Dima and confirmed we will take the other option and he returned next day on time with his colleague and they got to work promptly and cleanly installed with localized shut off valves to the new Roman bathtub faucet along with shut off valves to use if in the future similar leak were to occur.

He also installed matching faucets to the vanity tubs that we had agreed on prior day for fair additional cost and they cleaned up the work area without cutting corners.

At no time did Dima look to change the agreed cost for the job, and what's more he returned the overpayment I made in error, all with the same great care and patience he had shown through out.

I highly recommend Super Brothers Plumbing for your plumbing, HVAC and heating needs. Based on this experience I have now scheduled for someone from his team to come and perform the maintenance service for my HVAC as I saw Dima leading by example and as such I have no doubt his team will work and behave the same way - with great honesty, care and integrity.

I highly recommend doing business with them. Not only were their quotes significantly lower, but they also went above and beyond with the quality of the installation. I had a tankless water heater and two 4-ton heat pump systems installed, and everything went smoothly. I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome.

We hired Super Brothers to install our shower, toilet, vanity, and move and install the washer and dryer in our bathroom addition. We also hired them to descale our tankless water heater. Their price was affordable, the workers were knowledgeable, polite and clean. We had an issue with our vanity which was damaged from shipping so we had to order another one and had them come back to install it and they didn't charge us extra for coming back. Customer service was quick to respond and always sent us a reminder through text and email about our upcoming appointment. Overall, our experience with them was very pleasant and we're very satisfied with their work and professionalism. We highly recommend Super Brothers! We were very lucky to find them and worked with them. We will definitely hire them again!
