This place was so awesome! Anthony was so respectful, he took off his shoes with no problem at my door which is a big one for me as we don't wear shoes in the house. Yesterday we woke up to a broken refrigerator. I did some research online, looking specifically for local businesses in my part of town that are rated highly with a good amount of online reviewers. This one looked good, so I called. According to Google, their business hours started at 7:00 a.m., so I called shortly after that. Nobody answered, but I left a message. Then I waited. I called another local business. Neither this one nor that one called me back.

I ended up going to the Sears Home Services website to set up a service call there. They had an appointment available in the afternoon, so I took it. Their technician showed up timely, was friendly, and fixed the problem quickly. And still, a day later, nobody from Super Air & Appliance Repair has called me back. This is why, if you want to stay in business, you return calls promptly. If the competition can show up and do the job before you have even called me back, then all you have done is guaranteed that I will never call you ever again.

Very happy with the service! They were able to come to work on my refrigerator the day I called, then ordered the parts. They came by to install the part the day it came in...then Anthony (the service person), called the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

I'll definitely be using them for future repairs!

They were the fourth or fifth place I called when my refrigerator started slowing down on Wednesday. Everyone else said they had to schedule me for Friday or even Monday. Rob was there within the hour and fixed the problem for a reasonable price.
The scheduler in the office was very helpful and explained that the $75 diagnostic fee would apply to the total charge if I decided to hire them, which of course I did. My total was $100 (and that included the $75). Who can beat that?
I'd like to add that Rob, the service tech, clearly knew what he was doing. He was friendly and professional.
This one visit convinced me to change from my regular company to Super Air.

Really great service! The guys are very knowledgeable on what they are doing. Reasonable prices and are quick to get the job done. My lid switch broke on my washer and it was fixed in less than an hour. I definitely will go back to them!

Dryer shorted and stopped working. Searched for an appliance repair service and came across Super Air & Appliance Repair. Decided to give them a try based on google reviews and happy I did so! Technician came out between allotted time frame, was professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Diagnosis, part pick-up and installation was all done under two hours. Will not hesitate to call again if in need for another appliance diagnosis/repair.

Technician came well within the allotted time frame and was very professional and personable. We just moved to the area and were happy to find someone reliable. They did a great job fixing our dryer and had the parts in stock so we didn't have to wait. They fixed it quickly and when there was something else wrong that caused it to not work they came out and repaired that part free of charge for the inconvenience. We highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if we ever need another repair.
