I wish you could give half a star. I have been a loyal customer for 20 yrs. But ever since they moved to route 18 the customer service is horrible. Some young guy that has no clue how much a new septic would cost if it is not kept up. And some women that does the paper work without a care in the world. I missed a whole year of no service to my filters. And that would be because there employee never gave me the receipt from the last one. So I had nothing to remind me. Mind you the made sure I would get one every year for 19 yrs. Except when the new MILLENNIUM took over talking to customers which he doesn't know how to do. When I called to ask about my service he was like you haven't had one since January 2019. WOW really and what do you do on that computer all day. Play games.. We were there in the summer of 2020 with a problem with our aerator. I would have thought he would have seen that we didn't have a service since 2019 then. Oh well. Found a new company. And they treat us like we have been with them for years. And we just started. Good Luck Supeck . FYI get rid of the kid in the office before you lose more business.

This is the best septic service in Medina County. The only issues we have ever had with our septic is cleaning it out and they always come right away and they are always pleasant and typically one of the least expensive services around.

We had a prepaid contract and they stopped coming because they came out without notice and I had a fountain over the access which I would always move when notified of their impending visit. The never came for the Fall visit and cancelled service without notice and kept the fee.

This company did a septic inspection on our home for a real estate sale.

They did point out a very few legitimate items, however, the inspector was grossly wrong on other items. The statements made by the inspector, in my opinion, were made to seek out business more than inform the buyer.
He made sure to give a the buyer a quote before he left.

I would seek an inspector that has no monetary gain motive in the inspection.

When our lift pump went out, yet again (every other year), the tech. they sent was lovely, but we needed the lift chamber emptied so that he could replace the pump. They wanted to charge us $750.00 to pump the tank and lift station. I thought they were kidding, that the tech. was not asking the question correctly, but nope, he was right. I called myself to hear the same thing. We pumped the liquid to the another part of the system with the bit of hose he brought with him. Enough to allow him to replace the pump.

Very poor customer service and very condescending to a woman. Sold me an aerating pump that wouldn't fit into the hole and when I called to say it didn't fit was told it has to fit- wiggle it and it will. Brackets were at least 1/2"" too wide. Four trips at 35 minutes each way. That can come and put it down the hole for $40??? Seriously, more than $600 and they are not willing to fix my issue??? Requesting a refund now
Also, when they pumped the system, was charged $130 more than quote because they needed a special tool. Never again
