Great people to work with! I am a former employee with Sunwest, and I can't say enough good things about them. If you are straight up with them, that's what you can expect in return. No place of business is without its flaws, but Paul(The Owner) and Brenda(Office Manager) are two of the most kind hearted people I've met, and if you communicate well with them, they will take care of you like family. I worked there for quite a while and got to know the entire crew well, and still count them among my friends. It is really rare in this area to find an employer who actually cares about anything but the almighty dollar. Paul, Brenda and Company are really out to help people. The only flaw is Paul is too nice and people take advantage of his kindness sometimes. Don't be one of those people. Be honest and straightforward with them, and that's what you can expect in return. They have a staff of people who really care about their customers and the service they provide. If you are on call you'd better stay close to that phone! They provide the quickest most efficient service of any of the companies I know of down here. They have a lot of prestigious commercial clients, and still take care of the smallest job as if it's just as important as their largest accounts.

Bad experience. They did work in the unit below mine and asked if they could access a pipe from my unit. Promised I would not get a bill. $580 later. Stay away.

Sunwest All Service is the best company that we have ever worked with in Naples. The have been invaluable to us to maintain and repair our original beach house in Old Naples. We have used them for several years and they have done it all for us. They have maintained our original system and installed new plumbing in our new kitchen and bathrooms. They have come up with brilliant solutions. And I am shocked with the review that said that they didn't want to come on a holiday. Before we chose to replace the old original cast iron system (which Sunwest did) we called them on Thanksgiving and Christmas and they came to our house to resolve the issue. Don't believe the other bad review. It is sketchy that she includes the name of the other company several times. Sunwest should be your first call!

I had a big leak problem Sunday evening around 7:39 pm - water flowing from under the kitchen sink. Tried my usual extremely reliable plumber Jerry's Plumbing Service, but only reached his machine - left a voicemail. Called Sunwest because a) they have a tech on call 24/7 and b) the single review on Yelp was extremely positive. Well, I'm glad they did a good job for that customer. The first thing the guy asked was """"can this wait till tomorrow or till Tuesday when we're actually open?"""" No - had a barbecue scheduled for Memorial Day. Then he said the charge to come out would be $150/hour with a two hour minimum and extra for any parts. If he waited till Monday morning it would be twice that since it was a holiday. NO THANK YOU!!! PS - Jerry checked his messages - called me about 8:10 - was here by 8:30ish and headed out the door at 9:05, problem solved. No charge. You can bet he left with a tip!!! Sunwest? Never.

How on earth does Sunwest not have any reviews yet??? My folks' hot water heater failed over the weekend during Christmas. It was a complete mess. Of course, the previous owners put in a PROPANE hot water heater. Who does that in Florida??? So the Sunwest folks come out and, honestly, recommended we replace the heater to be an electric one... the parts for the propane are hard to come by in Florida because almost no one uses propane and MUCH more expensive. Also, the usual upkeep vs. the cost of running an electric one basically become even. My dad didn't want to do that... so the Sunwest folks did a whole song and dance trying to get the expensive parts sent. They installed them but the one sent to them from the manufacturer was defective (which apparently happens more than not). The Sunwest people worked with my folks but in the end, we took their original recommendation. We put in a electric hot water heater. It works like a champ. They installed it right away. And it turns out their recommendation was the smart way to go. Honest folks. Hard working and willing to work with what my dad wanted.

They showed up 1 hour after calling and fixed the outside draining issue. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very professional. They are my """"go to"""" plumbers in Naples from now on.
