I live in an older condo with old plumbing work. Over the last 10 years I've called Suntree Viera Plumbing probably 5 or 6 times for service. They have always been very responsive, work quickly and efficiently, and I've always felt that their charges were reasonable. I feel that I can rely on them for honest, competent service.

Don refused to return my call for a plumbing emergency. He announced that fact in a public meeting instead of confronting me face to face. If I had known it was his business I would not have called it. If he had shown up at the house I wouldn't have let him in, regardless of the emergency or his plumbing talents. He is a surly, egotistical sociopath. Find another plumber; I did.

What a scammer . Whoever calls him for service. That would be last time . Why ? Because he would take your old original part if necessary and just gone . First time seen this situation . This guy lies about will get the new part for you , but. Actually he doesn't even not doing that but also take your original part . Watch up ! It's truly scammer . Wasting my time even waiting on him to get new part , but I know now , he just lies . Don't let him get any money . Reputation is important , and this guy doesn't even worth a half-star reputation. Thank you

I called for a quote and sent pictures - but I also sent a pic on a hot water heater I was looking at, at Home Depot. Sent the information to Don - never heard back and when I called he told me very rudely that he was not interested in the HD water heater or the job and he promptly hung up the phone on me. The picture was just for a reference of what we wanted. But the rude Don never gave me a chance he just hung the phone up! HOW MUCH MORE UNPROFESSIONAL CAN YOU GET! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY He could have answered completely different and not rude Wow is all I can say!!!!

Had leak in shower head. Called Suntree/Viera Plumbing and Don DaLessio came out. Had to replace control and shower head, which involved cutting shower enclosure. Went out to buy parts and plate for water control. Less than 2 hours total. Did not itemize statement, just gave total of $690.00. Called him next day. He said the Moen parts were $250. From my research they were no more than $125, and even with the glue, tape, etc. would have been less than $150. He got very defensive saying the labor charge was comparable to any Master Plumber. I think he took me for a lot of money, and I do not recommend him.
