Straight crooks. Came out to service my furnace and then messed around with working AC. That was not part of the call. AC stops working. Tells us we need a new one. Call another company to fix it. The tech for SunTech disconnected some wires to make the AC which was running fine prior not work anymore. New tech fixed the issue in 2 minutes. Sun Tech is straight crooks.

We had Suntech come out to our home today to perform a tuneup as advertised for $89. The tech came and spent a couple of hours and called us outside to our unit and told us we have no freon - it was all gone. He quoted me at $250 per pound and I need at least 6 pounds.

While he performed his tuneup he let all of the freon out of our unit. Now our working unit that just needed a tuneup is no longer blowing any cold air.

We contacted corporate office and were told that we needed to contact management on Monday as they will not be sending a tech back out and that we should probably call another company if we were not happy. (My husband was very angry, and they refused to deal with us anymore)

So they tuned up my ac and now it does not work. MY AC WORKED JUST FINE U NTIL THEIR TECH WORKED ON THIS

Stay away as their techs will damage your unit and they will not fix it.

They have refused to put freon back in it even if we paid for it

I think they are great. They have found a number of things that needed addressed during routine tune ups but my unit is 11 years old. I am in a contract to service it 2 times a year. I'm also covered with plumbing expense. I'm happy so far as a client fir 18 months

I had a problem with scheduling. They came today and asked where furnace was and just checking it any problems. The furnace was working great. Changed filter and checked c02 and any leaks. Was none. Was here for about an hour and did a great job.

We have an electronic high end heat & air system that requires a highly trained technician to service it properly. Wouldn't trust it to anyone but Suntech's Jeff Gilpatrick to service it properly.

We have a big two story house with two a/c units. One handles the upstairs and the other one the downstairs. The tech said the unit that we called him out for needed a new capacitor. So for the trip charge and capacitor and a TINY amount of coolant our bill was $545.00.
WHAT A RIP-OFF....!!!!!
These people are criminals.

The total invoice cost of $293 that included $140 for the service guy to drive approximately 7 miles and replace a washer in a leaky faucet was extremely overpriced. Be sure to do your homework before considering using Suntech.

Run! Suntech A/C screwup do it! They serviced my ac and broke it! I went two ours in this Oklahoma hot summer with no air. Run as fast as you can! Oh they also charged me full price for the ac tuneup...

We've known for a couple of years we'd have to replace our antiquated AC/heat system. This was the year for it. Our project manager, Gladys, patiently talked us through our variety of options and ended up providing multiple bids for us to consider. The owner, Ted, dropped by to help nail down what was most important to us. Our two techs, Caleb and Tyler, were conscientious and professional. When the digital controller was not connecting quite right, they had no problem reaching out to the office for support, which was much appreciated.
