We had a gusher in our yard on a sat- they came out did not charge a crazy after business hour fees like some others did. The sat guy was a heat and air so he took notes and said they should be here no later then 10 Monday. This is where I had to take one star off, cause somewhere along the line my be here by 10 on Monday turned into almost 7 in the evening Monday. But once the guys were out here Matt was here first then jonathen came out- due to they realized all the confusion and knew they needed to get us water after 4 days of none. The owner made sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend all of them- the office staff, the guys who fixed it and the business owner were all great. Just next time work on better communication.

If I could stand watching him dance and prance around I might get something out of it. If he insists on prancing maybe rap about what his business has to offer and be more productive.

We were having issues with our A/C unit and called Suntech out to take a look at it. Of course the A/C was blowing cold when they got there, so it was a moot point. However, the tech went up into the attic and took a look at our furnace, ductwork, etc. He told us our system was not up to code, which is true, as the last install was a while ago and certainly not done by a ""by the book"" kind of guy. We received a quote for just bringing everything up to code and a quote for a whole new heat/air unit including ductwork and bringing everything up to code. We went with the larger quote so we could have peace of mind for several years. Over the course of three days in the Oklahoma heat, everything was brought up to code, new ductwork was ran, and a new heat/air unit was installed. I appreciate the hard work and efficiency of the Suntech workers. I know it wasn't the easiest job, but you all made me one happy homeowner. :)

Do not recommend this company just tried to charge me 750$ to clean the a coil they couldn't or wouldn't tell me how much it should cost to clean the coil when I called them they said only the technician has the prices lol what a disappointment I recommend calling anyone else

They truly deserve ZERO !
ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion if you are dealing with this company!!! When they tell you that the replacement parts will take three weeks but they can put a new unit in today, tell them NO THANK YOU! I was desperate and said yes. Not only did I get a new unit that day, I got a leak that ran from the 2nd floor unit in the the first floor kitchen and dining room ceiling and on the hardwood floor. Also, be leary of Ted because what he tells you today, he changes his mind tomorrow.

What a disappointment - so unprofessional!
I called Suntech for a quote to replace my central heat and air. There was initially some difficulty getting their office staff to correctly note my name and number, but I gave them another chance and called back. They took my contact info and told me that I would be called the following day between 9am and noon by someone who would set up an appointment fot a vist/quote. They even sent me a text message confirming this.
Nobody called me, so I called their office with the intention of telling them to forget it. I subsequently got a call from the owner who did a good job of convincing me that Suntech was a small business experiencieng growing pains and that a) they were trying to do a good job and b) he would like to earn my business.
Suntech's Project Manager came to my home on a Friday and assessed the work necessary. He showed me some handwritten prices on a legal pad, saying that he would email me a written quote. He wrote down my email address.
I had not received a quote by the following Wednesday morning, so I texted the owner and asked when I might expect one. There then followed a day-long debacle which included me texting my email address to both the owner and the Project Manager a total of four times. I still did not receive written quote.
I finally called the owner to tell him that Suntech had exhausted my patience and to forget it. His unapologetic response wa ""Please call someone else.""
I find this particularly disappointing because they seem like nice people, but are unable to competently deliver a simple quote.

SUNTECH HEAT AND AIR SUCKS....
I scheduled an appointment for Saturday, June 6, between 8am -1200. I called the office at 1130 to see if the tech was still coming. I was told he has been at another call since 745 am. I was told he had another customer before he was scheduled to come to my house after he finished the call he is on, and the tech should be there around 1pm. received text stating my tech, Tommy Gooch is on the way at 5:23. 7:02 pm I get a call from the tech saying he is here, and I advised him I am at a wedding shower. he asked if he could reschedule and I said if you are going to come out tomorrow ( Sunday). he advised me to call the office to reschedule. I called and reschedule for same time as before, 8 am - 1200. I am writing this complaint @ 1:31 pm, and nobody has called or shown up. I HAD HOPED FOR A GOOD EXPERIENCE BUT THIS IS PAST DISAPPOINTMENT, NOT SURE HOW YOUR STILL IN BUSINESS BUT I WILL MAKE SURE ALL MY FB FRIENDS AND CO- WORKS HERE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE.

We had them come out to do a yearly tune up. Tech said our ducting wasn't great so we asked him to give us and estimate on what it would cost. He said we'd have it after his boss got back to him. The nest day I called lady said someone would call me back in an hour. Nope. so next day my husband called twice. then I got a text the following morning at 7:40am saying the tech was on his way, called & she said it just says that when he went into our account to do the estimate. We got the estimate what a joke. My main trouble room wasn't even mentioned, & instead of just fixing what needs to be they want to do all new. I think they are just in it for money. Plus I never got my military discount. I'll let someone fix it.

Best company in town for service on air conditioners. Same day service in a matter of hours my air conditioner was up and running again. Very pleased with the price too. The owners of the company take care of their customers and employees and it shows. Great job.

Either the tech I got was completely incompetent or was deliberately conning me. The way he explained things made him seem knowledgeable so I'm left to believe (and feel like) I was being deliberately conned.
My AC unit began just blowing normal air, not cooling the place off. My wife had a good experience with Suntech before so she called them up, scheduled a call, and they were prompt and nice. The tech came out, asked me standard questions about how old it is (just over 1 year) what happened etc, pulled apart the outside unit, checked wires, probed with a voltmeter, and said it was the compressor.
He also hopped up in the attic and started checking out the ductwork, pulled out a calculator, and started explaining to me that there wasn't enough return ductwork for the unit to function efficiently, which probably led to the premature failure of my compressor. This was for my upstairs unit, I also have a downstairs unit so I had him look at it too, he said it had the same problem - he of course recommended we either add more return ducts and/or make the ones we have bigger, he'd get me an estimate for that as well..
For the compressor, the parts were gonna be $900-ish, and with install, coolant, etc it was gonna be over $1400. I took the estimate, scheduled for them to come out and do the compressor next week.
Luckily I have a good relationship with my builder, so I had the good sense to contact him and ask him about the return duct issue. He sent me to his HVAC guy (the one that installed it) and said (paraphrasing) that's a pretty common tactic among HVAC contractors.
The builder's HVAC guy comes out, looks at the unit outside, tests the capacitor, determines it's probably bad, grabs a new one out of his truck and replaces it, and it's working again. $95. AND he told me that all of the parts in my units are under a 5 year manufacturer warranty, and the Suntech guy should have known that when I told him it was only a year old. He also reassured me that the return ducts were just fine, they wouldn't have passed inspection if they weren't.
TLDR: Suntech told me it was the compressor when it was the capacitor, was going to charge me $1400+ to replace it (including the cost of the capacitor) likely knowing that it was still under warranty, and then tried to talk me into a fortune in unnecessary duct work. I do NOT recommend working with Suntech.
