After dealing with another company for 16 hours and was told again and again they were on their way, I tried Sunstate. From the minute I called and spoke to Bonnie, I knew that this business was all about customer service. She was personable, informative and helpful. Ron came out less than an hour after I called and helped us out with an obstruction in our line. He explained what was going on, and even showed us pictures and videos of what was happening with our pipes. He fixed all of it, of course. I'll be using them going forward!

I had been remodeling my house and was down to the final step of having my dishwasher and sink connected in the kitchen to outgoing piping. Most of the pipe was already present. I was told a $45 service charge will be deducted from the price if I decide to go ahead with the job. Well the plumber said he didn't have some of the pipe he needed so he had to go buy the pipe that connects the dishwasher to the out going pipe and connector. He came back quickly not to far away. When he was done I noticed the connector between the pipes was screwed on crooked on an angle. When I mentioned it to Mike the plumber he said the pipe was crooked and it would not leak. The pipe did not look crooked to me. So the job was $229. When I asked about deducting the service fee he said it is already deducted and he had to go get a part. Well my husband saw it and he is not happy with the crooked fitting. So he will be contacting the company. Honestly I think plumbers pull charges out of the air. You never know the real price that should be charged.

I have a house that now almost 20 years old. I had it built in a custom home neighborhood in the Dreamy Draw area of Phoenix. Sunstate Plumbing originally plumbed the house, and I have used their services ever since. I can safely say that there is not a single negative thing that I can say about this company. The original plumbing turned out to be excellent, and services provided since then have always been prompt, performed by friendly and knowledgeable plumbers, and reasonably priced. I give this firm my highest recommendation.
