The drain pipe below my sink broke completely off on a Friday. I called several local plumbers but earliest appointment I could get was Monday afternoon. Sunshine State said they would find a way to fit me in that day. They arrived later that afternoon. Jordan was professtional, courteous, and fast. Pricing was upfront, and fair. I was impressed. I will call them first next time I need plumbing services.

Our water will not heat. When it does heat, it stays warm for a good 5 minutes, then you have to shut it off & turn it back on a bunch of times before the water gets warm again. So mind you, you're soaking wet, standing in the cold shower for another 5 minutes waiting for it to get warm again. Scheduled an appointment for 9 am, stayed home all day because I'm a stay at home mom. They left a note on the door saying they stopped by at 4 pm. 100% sure both my husband and I were home at 4. We then called and left a voicemail on Friday, still no call back and it is now Wednesday.

Shower & tub would not drain, which caused both toilets to bubble & gurgle if the shower or tub was used. Turns out there were clogs from the construction workers as this property is only 10 months old. A 75' electric snake was used in the clean out & now everything works as it should. Thank you Marcus & Austin!
