We had a water heater replacement done a few years back and recently discovered by an inspector that it was neither done to code nor was the permit pulled. When calling them, the office customer service became dishonest and evasive saying things like """"the code changes all the time"""" and """"we're a licensed company so we don't need permits."""" Now they are asking us to pay again to pull the permit and fix the code violation. Apparently the customer service cannot reach their boss/owner even after a week.

Excellent service and incredibly responsive. They were booked for the day (as were all the other plumbers I called) but our drains were clogged and we couldn't flush our toilets; they took my name and number and said they would see what they could do or they would call by the end of the day to set something up for tomorrow. Within a couple of hours the technician called and said he was on his way. It took him about 15 minutes to fix our issue and the price was exceeding reasonable for same day/emergency service. Sunshine will always be my go-to for plumbing needs.

I have used there services before about six or seven years ago. Recently used them in the past month to replace a kitchen faucet and fix a running toilet with a valve that wouldn't turn off. The plumber Lucas was very professional. After I showed him what I needed, he got to work, was very efficient. Once he completed the work, he explained everything he did and explained all charges on the bill. I highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing.

I was really grateful that Sunshine has after hours service when just before the weekend a slow draining clog evolved into a standing-water-afraid-to-flush-the-toilet situation. Worse because I already knew it was in the sewer line and wouldn't be a quick fix. Michael W and Donovan worked tirelessly and were able to unblock the line. Facing a dire plumbing emergency (aren't they all?), I ran through 3 outfits in one day trying to get someone who could unclog pipes that were backing up every drain in the main house. Each guy would come out and have some reason why they or their equipment weren't up to the task. (Huh?) Enter Nate. Recommended by Dustin from Meyer's Septic, who just replaced our septic system, Nate conferred with him and got Mike out on the job first thing the next morning. State of the art equipment (Lghts! Camera! Action!), Mike cleared mess (People! Please, do not flush even flushable baby wipes!!!), got the stalled out sump pump back on line, tidied up and presented a bill much lower than expected. What more could a homeowner want?
