I had Sunshine Plumbing install a new tub, replace my pipes, and install new shower tiles. I got several quotes and they had the best prices. The Good: The plumbers that worked on my house were very professional and excellent workers. They kept me informed about the progress and explained everything thoroughly. I can't say enough about the hard work they did. **If this job was just plumbing work I would have given 5 Stars.** The Bad: The tile guy SUCKS! I should have known he would do a bad job when on the first day he asking me where to place the tiles. He never showed up on time and when he did show up he would just have to leave to get something he needed because he was not prepared. He took several buckets and supplies from my yard that I can not find to this day. He never cleaned up after himself once. He left his tools and trash all over the bathroom at the end of the day. He would promise that he would take care of it the next day when he returned. This was a 2 day tile job that went on for 7 days. When things were coming to an end he quit showing up altogether. He just texted me that he was on another job and he would come back another day. He never finished the job at all. I had to finish the job myself. Stay away from any tile work from these guys.

We called last week and made an appointment for a plumber to come out today between 9 and 11. My husband took off work this morning to wait, and nobody showed up. When he called, Sunshine said they didn't have anything on the books for us today, but they could come tomorrow. We cancelled with them and booked another plumber instead. Nate, the owner, called me to apologize, but, by then, the damage was done. They did good work for us a couple of years ago, but this mistake is causing a LOT of inconvenience for both my husband and me. I understand that mistakes can happen, but now I have to take off work tomorrow to wait for the second plumber to come. I truly hope Sunshine figures out what went wrong with us and fixes it, so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I sent a request using their website and was contacted within an hour and was able to set an appointment for the next day. Corey, the plumber, called to confirm the appointment and gave me an ETA. He showed up on time and was pleasant. He fixed the leak and provided some recommendations to improve the plumbing under the sink to reduce the risk of further leaks. I was very satisfied with the whole experiment.

We had a water heater replacement done a few years back and recently discovered by an inspector that it was neither done to code nor was the permit pulled. When calling them, the office customer service became dishonest and evasive saying things like """"the code changes all the time"""" and """"we're a licensed company so we don't need permits."""" Now they are asking us to pay again to pull the permit and fix the code violation. Apparently the customer service cannot reach their boss/owner even after a week.

Timothy was super awesome when we ran into a plumbing issue. He clearly communicated the time frame and answered all of the questions I had about the problem/process. He also made quick work of getting it handled. I would definitely recommend him/Sunshine if you run into issues.

After dealing with GRU shenanigans, I was so pleasantly relieved and happy to interact with the folks at Sunshine Plumbing. The pilot light on the hot water heater wouldn't stay lit, and the filter was full of water. I called early on a Monday morning, and the customer service rep was courteous. The field technician came out within an hour of my phone call, and got right to work. He was polite and knowledgeable, he explained every step of the process, which I always appreciate. Reasonably priced, quick, and efficient. Thanks, Sunshine!

Sunshine Plumbing came to our aid last week when broken pipe lines occurred at our house, waking up with a flood of water in our house....The emergency crew that was sent came within a few minutes. Tim did a great job finding where the leak was coming from and was able to cut off the water....It was then determined and agreed that re-piping of our house was necessary...The next day a crew, Tony and Derrick came early in the morning and were committed to get us water at least in one bathroom by the evening and they did...They have been here every day until today, when our re-piping job was complete....we now have water 100% in the entire house, better pressure and a feeling that we can look forward to years of no problems with our house plumbing... Nate the owner of this company is the best to deal with.....just a nice guy..pleasant, explained what needed to be done and what the end result would be....I believe that the price was fair for the work that was done....Again, the crew that worked here for almost a week, Tony and Derrick were professional, courteous, and are a great asset to Sunshine Plumbing... We live in Haile Village and had a gurgling downstairs toilet that progressed to back up into the downstairs shower. We tried calling 3 other plumbers, including Quality Plumbing,( and could not have dealt with a more un-professional individual at that company who acted completely put out that he had to answer the phone!) From the young lady who answered the phone at Sunshine Plumbing and Gas, to the young man who came to our rescue, Sunshine Plumbing and Gas was completely professional, courteous, and helpful! In the process of trying to determine who to call, I contacted a neighbor who had told me about a positive plumbing experience they had recently had. She responded to me - from Belize! - to tell me it was Sunshine Plumbing! We are so impressed with this company!

I was really grateful that Sunshine has after hours service when just before the weekend a slow draining clog evolved into a standing-water-afraid-to-flush-the-toilet situation. Worse because I already knew it was in the sewer line and wouldn't be a quick fix. Michael W and Donovan worked tirelessly and were able to unblock the line. It's such a relief to be able to flush fearlessly! Thanks Sunshine.

Excellent service and incredibly responsive. They were booked for the day (as were all the other plumbers I called) but our drains were clogged and we couldn't flush our toilets; they took my name and number and said they would see what they could do or they would call by the end of the day to set something up for tomorrow. Within a couple of hours the technician called and said he was on his way. It took him about 15 minutes to fix our issue and the price was exceeding reasonable for same day/emergency service. Sunshine will always be my go-to for plumbing needs.
