These guys are AWESOME!!! While working as my own contractor, I decided to remodel my house. I had several different plumbing companies do work during this process. I was disappointed with multiple plumbers until I found Sunshine Plumbing and Gas. I spoke to Nate (the owner of Sunshine Plumbing) about the problems I have been having, and was looking for a new plumbing company. Not only did Nate come to my house to see exactly what needed to be done, but he sent a great guy named Ed to do the work. Ed was amazing! He not only re-plumbed my master bath, but he fixed problems that the other plumbers had caused. Incredibly professional, and even put up with my perfectionism with patience and understanding. If they pass my test, they are GOOD!!! Nate called me the next day to make sure I was happy with the work and thank me for my business. These guys are the real deal. They do business the """"old fashion way""""!

I just bought a home, and I wanted to have all faucets and shower heads replaced. I called Sunshine plumbing, and got an estimate. Mark came out and replaced all faucets and shower heads in one hour. Professional, friendly service at a reasonable price.

These guys are awesome. Ask for John - good ol country boy who knows his sh*t. Had our water heater fixed in under an hour, and he was really friendly. If everyone else is like him, we'll definitely be using them again for any future issues.

Recently had a drain issue with left us without bathroom facilities on a weekend. While they were willing and able to come out, the laid out the options for after-hours vs regular hours. I thought this was a good thing to do I choose to wait until Monday and they arrived within the 2 hour window they gave me. Again a reasonable window in my judgement. The tech was quick and efficient and went over the charges again before beginning the work. Overall a very good experience at reasonable rates.

We live in Haile Village and had a gurgling downstairs toilet that progressed to back up into the downstairs shower. We tried calling 3 other plumbers, including Quality Plumbing,( and could not have dealt with a more un-professional individual at that company who acted completely put out that he had to answer the phone!) From the young lady who answered the phone at Sunshine Plumbing and Gas, to the young man who came to our rescue, Sunshine Plumbing and Gas was completely professional, courteous, and helpful! In the process of trying to determine who to call, I contacted a neighbor who had told me about a positive plumbing experience they had recently had. She responded to me - from Belize! - to tell me it was Sunshine Plumbing! We are so impressed with this company!

I had Sunshine Plumbing install a new tub, replace my pipes, and install new shower tiles. I got several quotes and they had the best prices. The Good: The plumbers that worked on my house were very professional and excellent workers. They kept me informed about the progress and explained everything thoroughly. I can't say enough about the hard work they did. **If this job was just plumbing work I would have given 5 Stars.** The Bad: The tile guy SUCKS! I should have known he would do a bad job when on the first day he asking me where to place the tiles. He never showed up on time and when he did show up he would just have to leave to get something he needed because he was not prepared. He took several buckets and supplies from my yard that I can not find to this day. He never cleaned up after himself once. He left his tools and trash all over the bathroom at the end of the day. He would promise that he would take care of it the next day when he returned. This was a 2 day tile job that went on for 7 days. When things were coming to an end he quit showing up altogether. He just texted me that he was on another job and he would come back another day. He never finished the job at all. I had to finish the job myself. Stay away from any tile work from these guys.

This is the first time I have had to call a plumber to fix something in my house. I had seen reviews of Sunshine Plumbing online and I decided to give them a call. So glad I called them. First of all, the young lady who answered was very sweet and very helpful. I explained my tub problem to her and she immediately knew the issue and provided advice. She also gave me a rough estimate of what the charges would be. I set-up an appointment for that afternoon but she did tell me that they might not be there until the next morning. They called me a few hours later to say they were on the way. The technician who came over was also really friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a couple of options on how they could fix it. He fixed the tub in no time flat. When he presented me with my bill, it came in a good amount lower than the original estimate over the phone. Overall great experience! The next time I have any plumbing issues, these guys are the first ones I'm calling.

I can't give a big enough thank you to Randy and the fine folks at Sunshine Plumbing. I have had them to the house for all manner of issues and they are always resolved quickly, professionally, and economically. I have American Home Shield, and I'd rather pay for Sunshine than use AHS, because I know it will be done the right way. In these times where we are all trying to keep our eye on the bottom line, Sunshine makes you feel like you got more than your money's worth. They explain the issues and process as they diagnose and resolve the issue. Randy has been to my property a few times to clear out roots in my pipes or get the slow moving drain back in order and he is terrific. Randy gets right in there and sorts through all the mess to tell you what's what. It is that level of professionalism, integrity, and know-how that I really appreciate. If you have a plumbing problem, you should call Sunshine first.
