I had a great experience with Sunshine Plumbing. Before I called Sunshine, I got an estimate from a different plumbing company. Something didn't seem right so I called Sunshine Plumbing and spoke with Eric. Although it was late in the day, he made his way to my house within 30 minutes. His estimate was $1,000 lower than the first company I called. The next day, Mark from Sunshine Plumbing came to fix the problem. He did a superb job and even took the time to explain the problem and show me how he fixed it. I will certainly call them if I ever need more work done and I will recommend the company to my friends.

I had a toilet wax ring replaced. Carmen was my first contact when I called and she gave me the estimate and set the appointment. Clifford came out the next day, worked quickly and left no mess. The price actually came out a little less than the estimate. This was after calling another local plumber (one highly rated on here) and being told the job would be about $100 more than Sunshine. Easy choice. Thanks guys.

I wish there was a negative star rating! We had plumbing emergency with clogged pipes and sewage back up in the bathroom. I called them the first thing in the morning. The lady who answered the phone had a big attitude when I explained the emergent nature of the issue and requested immediate help. she gave me a time window in the late afternoon. I explained that I need to pick up my kids at that time. She didn't respond, just a big attitude. I called them twice after to follow up, I was told that the guy is on his way and to my utter shock, no one ever came. My whole day got wasted and when I tried to call other places, they all wanted after hours rates. All because of """"SUNSHINE PLUMBING OF SOUTH FLORIDA"""". My two young kids couldn't use any bathroom and we had to move in a hotel, all because of unreliable service.I've never had such experience before and wish none ever had to go thru what I did. I would never recommend them to anybody and they shouldn't be in the business. I had to pay not only plumbing bill but hotel expense as well!!

Eric is the owner. All of the plumbers he has sent to my home have been the best. Latest episode was clogged kitchen sink on Feb 28th, 2019. They just know what needs to be done,

We were remodeling (DIY) our bathroom and my husband wanted a quote to see about getting our shower pan re-poured. Called to schedule an appointment and was able to get an estimate scheduled for the next morning. Very fast. Robert came out and told us what we needed to do. Robert was informative, honest and very friendly to work with. Would definitely hire Sunshine plumbing for our future needs.

As a local realtor, it is important for me to be able to recommend plumbers, electricians, and all kinds of vendors to my clients. Sunshine had done some work for a previous client of mine and did a decent job. However, when I had another client from out of town that needed some repairs and was getting ignored I had to call on their behalf. What I got was their office manager speaking over me right in the middle of me asking what was going on and I had to demand that I be respected. When I was finally allowed to finish speaking, her immediate response was that she didn't appreciate the false accusation by me (as to say my client was lying about them not calling her back) and that is where I ended the conversation and will never be able to recommend them again. Rule 1 in handling a business complaint: let the person finish talking and then present an explanation, a solution, or both; ideally both. Don't be rude, talk over someone, and forever lose business referrals by treating someone so poorly that they feel compelled to put it on Yelp so others don't get treated the same way.

I had a roof leak in my home and was told that the PVC pipe was cracked and I needed a plumber. I was referred to Sunshine Plumbing and received a call from Carmen right away. She is so professional and responsive that a plumber was able to come out the next day. The owner Eric came out and assessed my problem within a short period of time. Eric is so honest and actually walked me through what was going on in my roof. I felt so comfortable with them I had them change out my tankless water heater as well. Excellent service!!! Best customer Service!! Thank you guys!

Friendly, helpful, reasonable, prompt - all in all great service. I called on Monday afternoon and got a 2 hour appointment window for Tues. morning. They were on time, with a heads up phone call about 10 min. before they arrived. They gave me flat rate quotes on several small jobs I needed done, and they were done and cleaned up in less than 2 hours. They left my bathrooms cleaner than they found them, and even gave me advice on how to get some other things fixed. I usually try to do things myself, or put them off forever because you never know who you'll get showing up at your house. These guys completely put me at ease and did a great job.

Sunshine was the only high rating company that was able to help me on this particular day. Many of the other companies were able to give me a high/low estimate depending if it's a close clog, or a deep, main branch clog. Sunshine said they can give me a free estimate but they need to see it. Believe it or not, when the plumber came I forgot to ask and he went to work. I was at their mercy. The deep clog was cleared and the bill ended up being lower than any estimates I got from other companies. Some estimates were even double. Super honest, friendly, great prices, great work!
