holy cow what an over priced plumber this one is.....he wanted 500 dollars more than any other plumber in the area for hot water heater install...I swear the hot water heater or this guys shorts are lined in gold....stay clear get other estimates unless you want to be the sole investor in his retirement account...stay away

These people are excellent! They were very knowledgeable and skilled, as well as courteous. They responded to my request immediately and they had the right equipment to solve the problem. I highly recommend them.

Very rude from the get go. Asked for a quote on a job and was told someone would call back. Received a call and was grossly over quoted on a job which I had been quoted on for far less elsewhere. The tech was very condescending then hung up on me. I called the business back to let them know and they defended his attitude. Then they kept calling me back to harass me so I had to block the phone number!

Terrible experience. I called to ask for a plumber to come out and see what was needed and give me a quote. It took a while for them to get back to me, then someone started texting me asking me for 'pictures' of the water heater and under the sinks. I sent everything they asked for, as far as I knew. He asked for 'the other valves' that are near the water heater. I took a picture of every single valve I saw anywhere near the water heater....I am in a condo, not a house....and asked for further details since I clearly wasn't taking pictures of what he wanted, and he said 'I already told you'. I'm not a plumber, so I don't know how he expected me to find 'the other pipes' without more guidance. He then said 'ok so we can come and find it and then give an estimate and that's $175. I'm sorry but I can't text all night.' This is not the way to get business, so I texted back: I'll find another company. Thank you for your time. I would recommend staying away from this company, or at least whoever was on their 'text receiving line'. Also looks like I'm not the only one to give them a 1 star.

Excellent. They have done quite a bit of work on my house and have done a great job. Reasonably priced and very quick to come service. Highly recommend.
